Experience the mayhem of the Big WAAAGH! with Orruk Warclans Regiments of Renown rules to unite Ironjawz and Kruleboyz for a powerful and unpredictable force.

The Big Waaagh! is back, with massive new Age of Sigmar rules that bring together the chaos of Ironjawz and Kruleboyz into one wild, destructive army. If you’ve ever dreamed of seeing Maw-krushas stomping enemies alongside Corpse-rippa Vulchas, or Ardboyz fighting shoulder-to-shoulder with Gutrippaz, this is your chance to bring the madness to the tabletop.

The Battletome: Orruk Warclans, hitting pre-order on January 4th, 2025, expands on this concept with exciting Armies of Renown, new heroic traits, and fresh mechanics for mixing the brawn of Gork with the cunning of Mork.

What Is the Big Waaagh!?

The Big Waaagh! combines the Ironjawz and Kruleboyz into one chaotic force. While these two factions are usually separate, Gorkamorka’s influence can unite them when the time is right. The result? A terrifying blend of brute strength and sneaky tactics that leaves opponents scrambling.

To build a Big Waaagh! army, you’ll need to balance your units: every Ironjawz unit must be matched with a Kruleboyz unit. This balance unleashes the Power of the Waaagh!, a game-changing ability that supercharges your units. Ironjawz get bonuses to run and charge rolls, while Kruleboyz gain deadlier venom attacks, scoring critical hits on unmodified rolls of 5+.

Heroic Traits for Double the Chaos

The Big Waaagh! introduces four Heroic Traits, allowing you to kit out both an Ironjawz and a Kruleboyz hero with unique abilities. Here are two standout options:

  • Da Old One-Two: This trait is perfect for leaders who want to bring the pain. When activated, friendly units within 12″ of the hero hit harder in melee combat, gaining Crit (2 Hits). It’s ideal for piling on damage and overwhelming your foes.
  • A Proper Sneak: For those who prefer a more tactical approach, this ability grants nearby units a 5+ Ward save, offering much-needed survivability. Even the brutish Ironjawz can get sneaky under the right leader.

Regiments of Renown: Mixing Things Up

If committing to the full Big Waaagh! isn’t your style, two new Regiments of Renown let you dabble in the chaos without going all-in:

  • Da Hurtlin’ Hogz: Zog and Goz lead a squad of Maw-grunta Gougers in a mad dash across the battlefield. These units hit like a freight train and have the unique Pullin’ Ahead ability, letting them charge into combat with extra momentum.

  • Da Kountin’ Krew: Led by Swampboss Skumdrekk, this Regiment of Renown pairs two Hobgrot Slittaz units with a bombastic flair. Thanks to the Bombz Away, Ladz! ability, they can run and shoot in the same turn, making them a versatile addition to any army.

Unleashing the Big Waaagh!

The Big Waaagh! isn’t just about brute force—it’s about combining the strengths of the Ironjawz and Kruleboyz into one cohesive (yet chaotic) force. Whether you’re charging headlong into the fray with enhanced momentum or poisoning foes with deadly venom, these new rules offer plenty of options for destructive fun.

With unique heroic traits, powerful unit synergies, and dynamic Regiments of Renown, the Big Waaagh! promises to bring devastation to the Mortal Realms like never before.
