Battle Traits
Battle Traits are army rules that define how each faction plays on the tabletop. The Stormcast Eternals are typified by how they deploy from The Celestial Realm, striking precisely as Scions of the Storm.
The brave warriors, tasked with the crucial role of holding their ground, are able to summon increased resilience and ferocity during Their Finest Hour. They are bolstered by reinforcements sent from the heavens, replacing fallen comrades in a resounding display of righteous thunder.
This serves as a compelling example of a faction-specific Command Ability. Scions of the Storm allows you to fly into the battlefield where you need them the most, and Heavens-Sent allows you to bring more units from the skies and descend on the enemy.
Battle Formations
The Stormcast of the Ruination chambers have endured centuries of death and rebirth, resulting in the loss of their memories and emotions. Despite this, they possess an Ancient Aura infused with storm-charged energy, allowing them to deflect physical attacks and spells through the granting of a Ward (5+).
Furthermore, each Faction Pack is equipped with three Heroic Traits and three Artefacts of Power, providing an array of options for any HERO to enhance list building with added flexibility and strategic decision-making.
Arcana & Incantations
With a chanting value of six, it takes strategic foresight and patience to accumulate ritual points that empower a key unit. By planning ahead, it’s possible to amass 12 ritual points, which can then be used to share a powerful buff with all units within a 12″ radius. This enables you to launch coordinated attacks on multiple fronts, catching your enemy off guard.
4th Edition AoS Stormcast Rules Warscrolls
Krondys
The formidable Regalia Fulmentarus serves to amplify his already formidable arcane prowess, empowering him to summon an Atavistic Tempest with a selection of three debilitating effects to incapacitate his adversaries. Despite the passage of time, Krondys’ claws remain as sharp as ever.
In close-quarters combat, he unleashes his Apex Maw to devastate his enemies and unleashes a Soul-Shaking Roar, capable of disrupting enemy units and preventing them from following commands. Lastly, with 20 Health, a huge number of attacks, and lots of movement, he will be a force to be reckoned with.
Yndrasta
Yndrasta, the esteemed Prime Huntress of Sigmar’s chosen, is tasked with the perilous mission of tracking down and eliminating the most abhorrent monsters. Empowered by her mystical spear, Thengavar, she unleashes devastating blows upon colossal beasts.
Furthermore, her Dazzling Radiance imbues fellow Stormcast with unwavering courage in the face of terrifying adversaries. Oh yeah, and she rolls three dice when charging, meaning she can come from the sky and get all her charges off.
Knight-Arcanum
The Knights-Arcanum have gained the remarkable ability to confront Manifestations on the battlefield. Their warscroll equips them with a special ward that shields them from mortal damage inflicted by endless spells.
Additionally, they have the prowess to strike down these spells with extra Rend, making them a formidable force to reckon with.
Annihilators
When the warriors descend onto the battlefield, their Blazing Impact ability inflicts Mortals on nearby enemy units (you have to deploy pretty specifically for this, but it is quite strong). Those equipped with mighty shields, as opposed to meteoric Meteoric Hammers, can use them to Brace for Impact, forming a heavily armored front line that shields the main Stormcast force from any counterattacks.

The Stormcast Eternals have two options: Yndrasta’s Spearhead and the new Vigilant Brotherhood, which comes in the Skaventide box.
Yndrasta’s Spearhead is all about playing the long game, holding the line until their leader makes a dramatic entrance in battle round 3. Meanwhile, the Vigilant Brotherhood is a lean, mean fighting force from the Ruination and Warrior chambers. With three Prosecutors, five Liberators, a Lord-Veritant, and a Lord-Vigilant on Gryph-stalker, every member packs a serious punch.
