1st Place: Zach Point – Space Marines (Ultramarines) Army Lists
If you’ve ever wondered what happens when Roboute Guilliman and Marneus Calgar decide to stop writing books and start handing out bolter-based life lessons, look no further than Zach’s victory at the Battle to End Alzheimer’s. The Ultramarines weren’t just present—they were the show.
Leading this blue tide were the tag-team duo of Roboute Guilliman, literal demigod of war, and Marneus Calgar, whose fists are bigger than your future. It’s not often you see two of the most recognizable names in Imperial history on the same table, unless you’re looking at a mural somewhere in Ultramar. But Zach didn’t bring them for the aesthetics—he brought them because they work.
They were backed up by a pair of Techmarines. Not flashy, not loud, but quietly making sure the heavy hitters kept doing what they do best: shooting things until they stop being a problem. Their job? Keep the vehicles running, fix what’s broken, and occasionally show off that servo-arm strength.
Troops-wise, Zach didn’t overthink it. One Tactical Squad. Nothing fancy, nothing extra. Just five Marines with decent gear who can sit on an objective or jump into action when needed.
On the elite side, Company Heroes bring a little swagger and a lot of deadliness. Sporting excellent weapons, solid stats, and enough grit to make Chaos Lords double-check their wargear.
Then there’s the engine room of the list: a Redemptor Dreadnought and three Repulsor Executioners. The Redemptor lumbers in with the kind of presence that makes you wonder what unfortunate soul ticked him off in his last life. The Executioners, meanwhile, don’t need introductions—they just need line of sight.
To get everyone moving early, Zach included two Rhinos. Classic APCs with the subtle charm of a crowbar.
2nd Place: Derek Apsche – Chaos Daemons Army Lists
3rd Place: Tyler Principio – Chaos Knights Army Lists
