Hello everyone! I would like to share with you a model I have and I am really proud of. The retro Mk1 Land Rader.
Cadaver here from Home Of Cadaver, and there really is no school like old school, don’t you think?I had this model for as long as I remember (damn, I’m getting old 😛 ) but it was in a really bad shape. Painted 3 (!!) times and forgotten in a box somewhere.

When I decided to start my Death Guard Project, it was more than obvious that this relic from the past had to play a centerpiece role in the army!
The only problem was the obvious need for a good paint strip and a renovation to bring it to today’s standards. After a good soaking in Dettol and a thorough brushing, the paint was gone!
Finally, after a run through my bits box and some really nice bits from the fellas over Ramshackle games the end result before painting looked like this:
Now the only thing that needed to be done was a good paintjob! I love heavily weathered and war-torn paintjobs in my vehicles and of course an ancient machine of war like this was no exception. I would love to hear what you think.
Don’t forget to check my Death Guard’s army progress over my blog, more to come of course 😉
Till next time!
