Pre-Orders
Shirriff of the Shire: Holfoot Bracegirdle and Robin Smallburrow $21
It’s nice to see that the lawmen of a hobbit village’s choice weapon is just a big chunky stick. These two hobbits are coming as a bundle package for just $21 and are responsible for keeping the peace in the shire. It’s not too often that a band of raiding Orcs rolls through, so usually, a big blunt stick gets the job done.
Holfoot Bracegirdle has been a member of the Shirriffs for a good many years, and during his time has risen to the post of Shirriff-leader. Though it is his duty to oversee peace in the Shire, Holfoot, and most other Shirriffs for that matter, never expected to have to fight.
Affectionately known as ‘Cock-Robin’ to his friends due to his easily influenced nature, Robin Smallburrow was one of the Shirriff’s of the Shire. Under the rule of the Chief, Robin and the Shirriffs were forced to arrest their friends, spy on well-to-do Hobbits, and generally enforce the newly implemented rules. The return of the Travellers helped Robin remember why he became a Shirriff, and he joined them in fighting back against their oppressors.
These guys play a role in the latest Scouring of the Shire book where their rules can also be found! With these two hobbits up on pre-order, will you be reserving your set?
Last Chance to Buy
Zone Mortalis Theta Complex $39
Zone Mortalis boards made their way to the Last Chance to Buy section of the Webstore. With only a few options remaining, the theta complex is a blank slate for you to begin your building!
The tile measures 1′ x 1′ (300mm x 300mm) and is fully compatible with the other tiles in the Zone Mortalis range. These tiles use hollow resin, which allows us to produce highly detailed, light and very durable scenery pieces. Due to the casting process of this material, it is sometimes possible to find small air bubbles on these terrain pieces. These are easy to fill as our Working with Resin guide explains.
Zone Mortalis Epsilon Complex $47
To pair up with a few blank tiles, you can grab a few epsilon tiles featuring barriers and walls to add a little “squeeze” to your games. You’ll need to grab a few of these things to get a full board going, but make sure you map out what you want your board to look like in your head before you buy too many or too few!
Zone Mortalis Gamma Complex $47
Finally, with the last remaining complex at the time of writing this, the Gamma board has the most wall segments out of any segment. These Last Chance to Buy Zone Mortalis boards are almost gone so make sure you decide on what you need!
