Along with a new Edition, GW has been making strides to welcome new people into the hobby. From tiered starter sets with different content to paint sets for less, inexperienced hobbyists have a door open to them in 9th Edition 40k. On that note, we’ll be taking a look at the potential value of the goods inside the paint starters.
