Dracula’s America will be getting an expansion in January 2018. Prepare to enter the mythical realm of the Hunting Grounds!
Dracula’s America: Shadows of the West has only been out for a short while and is already getting its first expansion. For those unfamiliar, Dracula’s America is a Gothic horror miniature skirmish game that is set in an alternate Old West.
This alternate past features Dracula having seized power in the wake of the American Civil War and maintains it by fear and his Coven of the Red Hand enforce his will in every strata of society. Players will throw their lot in with a specific faction and lead a Posse in fast-paced battles.
The first expansion, Hunting Grounds, brings two new factions, the mythical realm of the Hunting Grounds, new campaign options, and more. You have a new selection of weaponry, from Gatling Guns to brimstone chalk and vials of ectoplasm. There are new Hired Guns willing to sell their skills and new monsters that are terrifying. Lastly, there are the new Riding and Leadership skills that open up new combat options and will help your posse stay in the fight longer.
