With the Rick & Morty hiatus coming to a close, a new trailer for season 5 is here with some 19080s flair! Check it out- buuuurp!
Spotted on the Adult Swim official YouTube channel, the new trailer features more characters and details on what we can expect during the season dropping its first episode this summer.
Form Blazing Sword: Rick & Morty Season 5 Trailer
In typical Rick and Morty fashion, we can expect to see tons of different universes with fun references splattered all over like this Roadblock look-alike.
Other than a swathe of references and characters, each episode usually features a unique and crazy world concept, like this BDSM world that has Rick impaled with a Marlin. The trailer does seem to hint at the entire family being more directly involved in the adventure than previously so expect to see more of them all instead of just Rick and Morty.
The season begins airing on June 20th via Adult Swim. The past seasons are currently on HBO Max, but it is unclear if the new season will join the lineup right away or not.
Now that season 5 is here, we can bother them about season 6…
