Frontline Gaming’s Blood Throne: The Tower of Sacrifice is finally available for backing on Kickstarter and has tons of early bird deals!
Frontline Gaming is running the Kickstarter, so you know they will deliver big on this one! The project is already live and funded. But if you love RPGs, this will be one you’ll want to sign up for if you haven’t already. FLG said this is basically D&D crossed with XCOM but as a board game. In a nutshell, you have a team of fantasy heroes that level up and gain skills, gear, etc., to battle demons and monsters!
The game will be for 1-7 players, and like any good RPG, your characters progress throughout the game, but in this, the narrative runs based on your decisions. Their Kickstarter has hit the ground running and has already far exceeded their starting goal of 50k! Look at all the cool stuff you can do alongside the base game.

This new D&D-style RPG from Frontline looks like it’ll be an awesome tabletop experience for you and your friends. Plus it also has some early bird specials that can save you some money!
Blood Thron is a tactical RPG, Blending elements of beloved high fantasy gaming and strategy games. Players take command of a party of heroes from all over the world of Cheol. Each has a unique backstory, and different strengths and weaknesses. Players will choose which of these to select from each mission, and customize them through leveling up and acquiring loot as they face a host of monsters in their quest.
With just the base game, you’ll get a large cast of 12 different adventurers to pick from on your entry into the world of Cheol. The hero expansion adds another whopping 12 heroes to the roster, which ensures you’ll enjoy some long-term variability among your party’s composition.
From the Base game to the Premium bundle, you’ve got plenty of options for how you want to experience Blood Thrones.
