Primaris Intercessors: $55
A strong core of reliable and adaptable warriors that can lay down fire while advancing or holding down terrain is an invaluable aid to any tactician. In the case of strike forces bolstered by Primaris battle-brothers, this role is fulfilled by the Intercessor Squads. Capable of levelling overlapping salvoes of firepower, these squads often form the flexible fighting core of newly-founded Primaris Chapters – though of course many established Chapters have eagerly leveraged their abilities, fielding them alongside Tactical Squads.
This multi-part plastic kit contains the components necessary to assemble a set of 10 Primaris Intercessors. Wearing Mk X Tacticus armour in order to take advantage of its protection and mobility, they prove to be reliable and adaptable warriors, each armed with bolt rifles. Their bolt rifles can be 1 of 3 variants – the standard bolt rifle with sickle magazine, auto bolt rifle with overcharger and box magazine, or stalker bolt rifle with longer-range sight and straight magazine. There are 16 right-hand shoulder pads decorated with the iconography of the Intercessors – enough to cover each of the variant arms, including 2 with an open radio panel, 2 gesturing for their squad to halt, 2 holding combat knives and 2 firing bolt pistols. There are a total of 36 different heads available in this kit, covering helmeted and bare options.
The models can be assembled as either a 10-man squad, a squad of 9 Intercessors with a Sergeant or 2 separate 5-man squads, each with a Sergeant of their own. The Sergeants feature unique heads, with a helmet mag-locked to their belt, and unique tilting plates to help them stand out. Reflecting their battlefield versatility, the Intercessors come with lots of extra details to be added to their armour – 12 pistol holsters (2 empty, for the Intercessors actually wielding them), 10 ammunition and grenade pouches, 6 combat knife scabbards (4 empty), 4 single grenade pouches and 4 bolt pistol ammunition pouches.
The Primaris Intercessors come as 266 components, and are supplied with 10 Citadel 32mm Round bases and a transfer sheet.
Primaris Hellblasters: $60
Imperial observers have likened the fire of a Hellblaster Squad to the incinerating power of a stellar flare. Bolt after bolt of plasma sears across the battlefield; those caught in the Hellblasters’ sights are swiftly annihilated, their armour blasted to ash and their flesh and bone to glowing motes. Even armoured fighting vehicles are swiftly reduced to heaps of metallic slag. Deployed at the correct point and time, a single Hellblaster Squad can blunt the thundering assault of an armoured spearhead, or lay low even the most titanic alien fiend.
This multi-part plastic kit contains the components necessary to assemble a set of 10 Primaris Hellblasters. Clad in Mk X Tacticus power armour, they eschew the complex variations of wargear many of their battle-brothers carry, preferring instead to focus on and specialise in a single-armament specialism – plasma. The models can be assembled as either a 10-man squad, a squad of 9 Hellblasters with a Sergeant or 2 separate 5-man squads, each with a Sergeant of their own. The whole squad can be armed with a host of plasma weaponry – there are 10 plasma incinerators included, with the components required to turn any of them into an assault plasma incinerator or heavy plasma incinerator, depending on your preference.
The assault and heavy variants feature alternate muzzles, ammunition flasks and different cabling attaching the weapon to the Hellblasters’ backpack. There are 4 incinerators which are being carried rather than aimed; you have the option to arm 4 Hellblasters with plasma pistols in the other hand. A problem (some call it a bonus…) of plasma weaponry is its tendency to overheat; there are several optional components reflecting this. Bare head options featuring nasty burns are included for the Sergeant, and there are bionic arms included, heavily implying lost limbs in plasma accidents. There are also plenty of pistol holsters, reliquaries, grenade sets and purity seals included.
The Primaris Hellblasters come as 250 components, and are supplied with 10 Citadel 32mm Round bases and a transfer sheet.
Grand Master Voldus: $35
Aldrik Voldus, Warden of the Librarius, wields more psychic might than any Grey Knight seen in centuries. The very air crackles around as he focuses his mind and bends the colossal energies of the warp to his will. With a word, purifying flames pour forth from the head of his ornate Nemesis Daemon hammer – the Malleus Argyrum – turning Chaos-tainted flesh bone and armour into pillars of ash. Heretic war engines halt as their twisted machine spirits are rent from their chassis. In Voldus’ grip reality constricts, and the helms of his enemies are crushed by invisible force; just as easily can Voldus sharpen the minds of his fellow Grey Knights, allowing them to channel their reserves into strikes that can bring low all but the largest of Daemons.
his multi-part plastic kit contains the components necessary to assemble Grand Master Voldus, Warden of the Librarius. This is a miniature absolutely brimming with details, as befits a Grand Master of his power and reputation. His Terminator armour features numerous sacred inscriptions, along with plenty of skulls, chains and magical tomes.
His legendary hammer, standing as tall as Voldus himself, is replete with purity seals and cabling reflecting its purpose as a conduit for his psychic energies, and he wields a wrist-mounted storm bolter on his left arm. Grand Master Voldus comes as 7 components, and is supplied with a Citadel 40mm Round base.
Castellan Crowe: $20
Castellan Garran Crowe is both head and Brotherhood Champion of the Purifier order. A nobler exemplar of the Grey Knights would be impossible to find – by any measure, Crowe is a flawless soul, so resistant to the temptations of Chaos as to be all but immune. It is well that this is so, for Garran bears a burden greater than any of his brothers – the Black Blade of Antwyr.
This multi-part resin kit contains the components necessary to assemble Castellan Crowe, Champion of the Order of Purifiers. Armed with the Black Blade of Anwyr, a sword that can neither be destroyed nor wielded by any lesser mortal, he exemplifies the awesome sight of the Grey Knights’ power – every surface of his armour is covered in the inscriptions, symbols and signs that this Chapter uses to ward off the influence of Chaos.
He features a cloak and back banner, and is armed with a wrist-mounted storm bolter for those times when enemies manage to stay out of killing range of his sword. This kit comes as 3 resin components, and is supplied with a Citadel 32mm Round base.
Grey Knights Strike Squad: $60
trike Squads often form the vanguard of a Grey Knights strike force. Equipped with lighter armour than the main Terminator Squads, these veterans strike swiftly and surely, and are able to slip through gaps in the enemy line. At the onset of battle, a Grey Knights commander will invariably task one or more Strike Squads with the capture of vital locations and key objectives, deploying via fixed teleporter to ensure the rapid seizure of isolated or inaccessible locations. These Squads are essential – without their reconnaissance and preparation, the Terminator Squads would be a hammer swung blindly in the darkness.
This multi-part plastic kit contains ten Grey Knights with Nemesis force swords, one of which can be built as the unit leader, a Justicar. The models are covered in the inscriptions, purity seals and other details you would expect from this army, and the Justicar features a unique helmetless head. There is an array of weaponry and unit upgrades including Nemesis falchions, Nemesis force halberds, a Nemesis Daemon hammer, a Nemesis warding stave, two psycannons, a psilencer and an incinerator.
This multi-part plastic boxed set contains 236 components and 10 Citadel 32mm Round bases with which to make a Grey Knight Strike Squad. Please note: these miniatures can also be assembled as a Grey Knight Interceptor Squad, a Grey Knight Purifier Squad or a Grey Knight Purgation Squad.
