All the Latest GW Previews:
New Sigvald & Chaos Slaves To Darkness Revealed for AoS!
The new model is bigger and better looking than ever, which is a bold claim since Sigvald was already extremely beautiful, but come on, just look at that flowing mane. Glorious.
Those horns also hint at him possibly beginning his transition to Daemon Prince-hood. At first glance you see a knight in shining armor, then you see the horns, then the corpses, then the Slaanesh symbol… What a great design.
Along with a brand new model, he also will be landing with some forces to command…
Up in the front, we have the Symbaresh Twinsouls. A group of mortals serving Slaanesh who have made pacts with lesser demons, hence the nice mutations you see in their faces.
Win an Army Painter Mega Paint Set: Enter Now!
Behind them, there is a second unit called Myrmidesh Painbringers, who feature a more heavily armored approach to Slaanesh than we usually see.
Both of these kits are actually the same box, but each appears to be pretty unique in terms of aesthetic and probably uses on the tabletop as well.
New Slaves to Darkness Direchasm Box
Looks like the first expansion to the core Direchasm release is Slaves to Darkness! We didn’t get any rules other than the hosts mentioning a potential to destroy opponent objectives, which might serve as an interesting tactic in the underworld.
Slaves players have a new caster model to use in their AoS armies too if they want, as we’re sure not only will Sarshia have her own rules, but you could always use her for any generic sorcerer as well.
As for the models, these look dope. Even if you don’t play Underworlds, maybe you can just get these as stand-ins for a Chaos Sorceror, or perhaps come Aspiring Champions/Chaos Lords. The model in the top left also bears a striking resemblance to the OG Slambo model, what a power stance!
Are you excited about the new things on the way for Chaos in AoS? Do you play Underworlds? How about Slaanesh?
