Mage Knight Is Officially Back With New Expansion Set

Mage Knight Apocalypse Dragon 4Mage Knight is making a triumphant return to the tabletop with a brand-new Apocalypse Dragon Expansion Set!

We haven’t seen a major set come out for the game since 2015 (that’s only a couple of years, right…), but WizKids is bringing it back to life with this new expansion! The new sets have a ton of playability, and while you can pre-order them already, they will drop very early in 2025.

The updated version of a popular game has returned, featuring its first major expansion since 2015. Players will now be able to control a new playable character named Coral, who seeks to take revenge against the Apocalypse Cult. The expansion will also introduce new enemies, such as the four horsemen and the fearsome Apocalypse Dragon, along with new locations and challenges.

All of this will be tied together in a campaign mode that includes new scenarios and more.

Mage Knight is an epic game that can be played with up to four players. It’s also great for solo players who want to go on an adventure alone! The expansion was designed by Phil Pettifer, based on the original game design by Vlaada Chvátil.

With new playable heroes, enemies, and locations and a story-driven campaign mode, Mage Knight is sure to provide hours of fun for gamers of all levels. Look for the official launch in early 2025!
