Fyreslayers Magamdroth $110

99120205017_AuricRunesmiterOnMagmadroth08

Able to silence the racing heart of the foe into icy coldness and terror with naught but his steely glare, the Auric Runefather is the lord of the Fyreslayer lodge, a war leader with unrivalled experience and stern, stoic patriarch. Leading from the front, they cut down swathes of enemies with their latchkey grandaxe – more than a mere long-hafted weapon, this serves as the master key to his lodge’s temple vaults, and the stores of precious ur-gold within. Of course, a Fyreslayer of such legendary prowess deserves a steed to match – the Auric Runefather rides a powerful Magmadroth, an enormous fire-lizard creature who can spit forth searing blasts and whose blood scorches the foe foolish enough to puncture its skin.

This multi-part plastic kit contains all the components you need in order to assemble an Auric Runefather on Magmadroth. Wielding the spectacular latchkey grandaxe and fyresteel throwing axes, he has an appropriately spectacular beard and ornate helm, with many ur-gold runes hammered into his flesh. The Magmadroth features flame-shaped scales, three crest options, a huge flaming chimney on the saddle and a huge array of additional components – pipes, bundles of axes, a drinking horn and bundles of ancestral jewelry. You can also assemble an Auric Runeson and Auric Runesmiter to accompany the Runefather on foot!

Ninety-five components, one Citadel 120mmx92mm Oval base and two Citadel 32mm Round bases are included. This kit can optionally be used to assemble the Auric Runeson on Magmadroth, or the Auric Runesmiter on Magmadroth.

Battletome: Fyreslayers $49.50

60030205007_BattleTomeFyreSlayersEng01

Forged in flame and war, the Warriors of Grimnir march on!

Charging into battle without hesitation, screaming war cries at a cowering foe while hefting enormous war-axes, the Fyreslayers are the descendants of the shattered warrior god Grimnir. They bear runes of shining ur-gold hammered into their flesh – ur-gold which, they believe, contains the very essence of Grimnir himself, giving the incredible strength for which they are notorious.

60030205007_BattleTomeFyreSlayersEng04

Since the Age of Myth they have travelled the realms searching for this precious bounty, offering their services to any who will pay; more than mere mercenaries, their quest is a matter of spiritual honour. Their fury in combat and unbreakable oaths are legend, and their axes are feared – berserk warriors born for war, the Fyreslayers burn with Grimnir’s fury!

60030205007_BattleTomeFyreSlayersEng05

The 128-page hardback Battletome: Fyreslayers contains:

– a wealth of background information and stories about the Fyreslayers and their lodges, including history, organisation and important characters;
– three Battleplans – new ways to play Warhammer Age of Sigmar, with special rules and situations;
– a collection of Warscrolls – rules and descriptions for all the Fyreslayer miniatures;
– uniform guides and markings for a selection of Fyreslayer lodges
– an incredible showcase of beautifully painted Citadel miniatures

Nagash, Supreme Lord of the Undead $105

99120207029_DeathLordsNagashSupremelordoftheUndead09

Nagash, Supreme Lord of the Undead is the father of necromancy. Resurrected by dark ritual, the immortal Lord of Death is an awe-inspiring centerpiece miniature. Borne aloft by tendrils of ethereal energy and tormented spirits, his unique silhouette looms over the battlefield with an air that promises to usher in a new era of darkness.

99120207029_DeathLordsNagashSupremelordoftheUndead08

This multi-part plastic kit is equipped with an array of Nagash’s most precious artifacts. Upon his brow sits the Crown of Sorcery, while his hand grips either Alakanash, the Staff of Power or Zefet-nebtar, the Mortis Blade. He is clad in Morikhane, the Black Armour, and orbiting around his sorcerous frame are nine ancient books, each one containing the terrible secrets of animating the dead.

99120207029_DeathLordsNagashSupremelordoftheUndead07

Nagash can be assembled either reading from one of the ancient tomes – the Liber Mortis – and holding the Staff of Power aloft with the Mortis Blade secured to his waist. Alternatively you can replace the Staff with the Mortis Blade and add to the ethereal energy that surrounds Nagash by equipping a spirit-entwined arm.

Includes a Citadel 130mm Round base.

Deathlords Mortarch $80

99120207031_DeathLordsMortarchsArkhantheBlack09

Arkhan the Black is Nagash’s foremost lieutenant and an adept student of his master’s sorceries. Ever a faithful servant, Arkhan oversaw the preparations for the Great Necromancer’s return and once again he is at the forefront of his master’s schemes for domination.

99120207031_DeathLordsMortarchsArkhantheBlack07

Mannfred serves at Nagash’s right hand. It is an occupation which he greatly resents, and he is ever watchful for a means to free himself from his servitude to the Great Necromancer. Though some warriors judge themselves by the standards of the enemies they vanquish, Mannfred is no slave to conventions of honour or glory. Ends concern him far more than means; if the choice falls between slaughtering the meek and vanquishing the mighty, he chooses slaughter.

99120207031_DeathLordsMortarchsArkhantheBlack08

Neferata, Mortarch of Blood. She is armed with the treasures of old Lahmia: Akmet-kar, the Dagger of Jet whose cursed edge screams with the death agonies of innocents and Aken-seth, the Staff of Pain, whose enchantments add crippling agonies to any sorceries she wields. Neferata rides into battle upon the dread abyssal known as Nagadron, the Adevore, who happily gorges himself upon Neferata’s living enemies as eagerly as it does the souls of the dead.

Deathlords Morghasts $60

99120207028_DeathLordsMarghastsHarbingers05

Once they were known as hammurai, the winged heralds of Ptra, God of light, who were sent to destroy the Great Necromancer. When they failed, Nagash took their ruined corpses and created a host of sentient vassals to lead his armies. Thus the Morghasts were born.

99120207026_MorghastArchaiSprue01

This multi-part plastic kit can be assembled as two Morghast Harbingers. Possessed with the might of demigods, they wield spirit swords – fashioned long ago on Ptra’s solar forge – that blaze with the energies of the slain, the souls trapped within driven to drag others to share their fate.

99120207026_MorghastArchaiSprue02

This kit can also be assembled as Morghast Archai. Includes two Citadel 60mm Round bases.

Spirit Hosts $26

99120207030_NighthauntSpiritHosts10

Choking the air above the Nighthaunt host are the most numerous of its warriors – the Spirit Hosts. These are the souls of the damned, stripped of body and identity, and they scream endlessly for the life they have lost.

99120207030_NighthauntSpiritHosts07

This multi-part plastic kit makes three Spirit Hosts.

99120207030_NighthauntSpiritHosts08

Includes three Citadel 50mm Round bases.

Free is always good, and getting new PDF rules for any rules set is a solid in my book.

So what will be next week, more Dwarfs, OR something a little Chaotic?

I’m hoping for the ladder…
