Put a Bird on It: New GW Rumor Engine

Ok, real talk. Normally we’d write something weird and unhinged for a Rumour Engine post, but with a massive 40 Years of Warhammer celebration coming up this month, we’re positively gassed. You’re going to have to make do with regular sensible posts for a month, sorry.
Honestly, this one is pretty generic, but if you ask us, this looks to be more for AoS than 40k, just the look of the rocks and birds. We would hope this is for something for Beasts of Chaos, as their line is so old!
Archaon has birds on his base, and while we don’t think he’ll be the one to get a rework, it would make sense for another Chaos army to get the model, and this gives some precedence.
Their line has plenty of models that you could put a bird on, and it would make sense, plus, some of them are just so old at this point it’s crazy.
The Jabberslythe already has a rock with animals on it, so maybe this could all just wish listing, but we want new Beasts of Chaos, and this could very well be what the rumors are pointing toward.
Last but not least, it could easily be on the new Herdstone, as it’s all a rock! Obviously, this could be almost anything, but we’re going to keep wishing for new Beasts of Chaos!
We will have to wait and see!
