The Imperials have learned from the Rebel tactics of employing a combat flotilla. Come and see this Gozanti that is designed to head straight for battle.
The Gozanti may not seem to be made for combat, but there is a way to build it so that it can wreak havoc upon your enemies. This build will center around the Gozanti’s greatest asset: the Scatter defensive token. Let’s proceed!
This Gozanti will be riding hard into battle and the perfect upgrade for it is the Suppressor title. After an enemy ship ends its activation at range 1-3 of Suppressor, you may choose and exhaust 1 of its defense tokens. The idea here is to fly Suppressor at your biggest enemy target and go for its brace. This can make it extremely vulnerable to enemy fire.
Since the Gozanti has a fleet support option, Slicer Tools is perfect for this build. After you execute a maneuver, you may exhaust Slicer Tools to choose an enemy ship at range 1-3 and choose a new command on its top command dial. This can cripple a ship at just the right time. A Demolisher loves navigate commands. It would be a shame to assign it a squadron command with none in range!
Since this Gozanti needs guidance, Minister Tua is there. This opens up the defensive retrofits upgrade option for the Gozanti. This ship will be a huge target for you enemy since you will be Suppressing and Slicing all of his commands.
The Gozanti flotilla lives and dies by its Scatter. All your opponent needs is a lucky accuracy result to lock down the Scatter and blast it to smithereens. With Electronic Countermeasures, you can prevent that from happening. Being able to exhaust ECM in ordered to spend 1 defense token targeted by a accuracy can make for 1 annoying flotilla. This will make it so that your opponent will have to spend massive amounts of firepower to bring Suppressor down.
The Imperials have raised the stakes in the Flotilla power struggle. Will the Gozanti prevail over the GR-75?
