king of war creature casterCreature Caster has been a popular brand for fans of demons and big monsters for years now, so here’s our list of their top 5 models of all time!

After going to event after event, we’ve seen quite a few players bring Creature Caster models as a stand-in for some big baddies in their lists. Here are the top five most common ones we’ve seen on the table, and our pics for their best of all time.

The Top 5 Creature Caster Models of All Time

Queen-of-Ecstasy-1The Queen of Ecstasy is one we’ve seen really popular among Slaanesh lists. Standing in as a Keeper of Secrets, this girl is covered in tentacles and pincers. With so much detail on the armor, we’ve seen some really talented painters go all out on this mini as well.

king of ruinThe King of Ruin has been another big hit in the Chaos world, making a perfect fit for a Great Unclean One. If you like your Demons to have leaking boils and hold their intestines in their hand, the King of Ruin is a solid choice. Plus, he’s so big we’ve seen people make huge dynamic bases for this guy alone.

Glutton DemonThe Glutton Demon is an alternative to the King of Ruin and still makes for a sweet Great Unclean One. It’s a pretty even split between the Glutton Demon and King of Ruin in lists like Nurgle and Death Guard.

king of war 1The King of War obviously makes for a sweet Bloodthirster with a bit more character. He comes with a helmet option too if you don’t like to see his pearly whites while he’s killing fools.

Lord of MaliceLastly, we’ve got the Lord of Malice, who just so happens to be the world’s best Belakor replacement for the official GW sculpt. We see this guy used as Belakor all the time in tournaments and we can see why! Check out the detail on this jacked demon.

For the most part, Creature Caster is in the business of creating incredible centerpiece figures for collections. They’ve just recently branched off into smaller figures too. However, due to the crisis, we’ve not been to enough events to seen them played. With that said, be sure to check out everything they offer. They could have the next project for you to start!

What’s your favorite Creature Caster figure? Do you own any of the models from above?
