The circus has come to White Dwarf as this issue is a small clown car stuffed full of Harlequins!
Issue 55 is almost wholly dedicated to the new playable race, from the new releases to the hobby section it’s all bright colors and smiles.
So if you don’t want to know more about the Harlequins I’d skip this issue for sure.
There is however an one page paint splatter on painting the new Skyweaver jetbikes, but honestly most of these techniques have been covered in the past.
Speaking of weavers, the rules for the Star, and Void Weavers are contained in this issue along with their wargear just in case you are unable to get your hands on a codex because of the delays out at the ports in Los Angeles.
The rest of the issue is stuff full (theres that tiny clown car again) of Harlequin fluff and paint schemes.
Next week’s teaser is probably referring to the Death Jester I suppose as a way of saying there’s more releases still to come? Make sure you’re caught up on the new Harlequin Psychic Powers and Wargear that broke over the weekend, check it outHERE.
Check it all out below in my first look review of the new Harlequin Skyweavers and White Dwarf #55.
