Come see the old Eye of Terror Codex that holds the origins of the Wulfen and the roots for some of the current Chaos, Eldar, and Astra Militraum factions.
The Eye of Terror codex heralded in the second of the World Wide Games Workshop campaigns behind Armageddon, that sent players into a 40k campaign frenzy during the summer of 2003.
The Codex itself included four army lists
- Imperial Guard– Cadian Shock Troopers
- Chaos– The Lost and the Damned
- Space Wolves– 13th Company
- Eldar– Ulthwé Strike Forces
Plus it also included a new special character for the Imperial Guard, a man we know and love today as Lord Castellan Ursarkar E. Creed, the 40k version of Winston Churchill.
Perhaps more importantly in relation to current events, this was the first time we saw models and rules for the fabled 13th Company of the Space Wolves.
Take a closer look at an amazing piece of 40k history, and the origins of some of the most popular sub-factions in 40k today below!
