How Big Are They? Don’t miss our unbox and build of the 40k Sisters of Battle Army Box, and we compare it to the other minis out there!
The new Sisters of Battle is coming in hot this week just in time for the 2019 holiday rush. We are going to crack open this new box, break down the values, and show off some of the great new miniatures that come in this epic set. Let’s get started!
Sisters of Battle Starter Set: $210 (Sold Out)
The set includes the following multipart plastic miniatures:
– 1x Canoness (supplied with a Citadel 32mm Round Base)
– 10x Battle Sisters (each supplied with a Citadel 32mm Round Base)
– 5x Seraphim (each supplied with a Citadel 32mm Round Base and Citadel Flying Stem)

– 1x Penitent Engine (supplied with Citadel 50mm Round Base)
-1x Sisters of Battle Codex
-1x Pack of Sisters of Battle Datacards
The first thing you notice is that this set has a great out of box presentation. Everything has its own place and is nestled inside a great plastic divider tray.
The new LE Sisters of Battle Codex is one of the many bonuses of picking up this new army box. For a better page by page look at this new book and all the great content in this box make sure you check out our unboxing video below.
As far as assembly goes, this kit is pretty straight forward. There is one small error on the sprues to look out for though, where two parts share the same number. This box also doesn’t have a lot of customization options other than head swaps. But we don’t really see this being a problem as they have announced a host of multi-part kits are on the way.
The quality of these new minis is amazing and Games Workshop has been delivering on the miniature design for years now. If you can still get your hands on this hot ticket item we feel it is well worth your hobby dollars.
As always, keep those hobby muscles strong, stay in the trenches, and check out our video below!
