Welcome back 40K fanatics! Today we’re going to throw down 8th edition style using Orks and the brand new Raven Guard!
Brian is filling in for Juice this week and taking the opportunity to bring some awesome Raven Guard models against his good buddy Nick’s Ork horde!
Leading the Raven Guard Detachment is the Big Raven himself, Shrike! Backed up by 3 tactical squads in Rhinos a pair of Storm Talons and a large assault squad the Raven Guard are a fierce opponent!
Lending her support to the Raven Guard Detachment is Saint Celestine herself!
The Orkish horde is led by none other than Ghazkull himself backed up by a mech and a pain boy. A large unit of Lootas and some artillery help to form the back bone of the army.
Suporting the heavy firepower is a trio of Ork aircraft and a massive horde of 60 boys!
With his smaller army, Brian finished deployment first while Nick is unable to seize the initiative! It looks like the Imperials are off to a great start!
