Help From a Few Friends: Warzone Atlanta Imperial Showcase

help from friends walThe Blood Angels had to call in a few friends to battle the forces spotted at Warzone: Atlanta. Check out this awesome soup showcase.

Warzone Atlanta brought some amazing armies under one roof to roll some dice. The enemies of the Imperium are getting more and more tricky and times are getting more desperate. With that in mind, the Blood Angels had to call in a few helping hands to do battle.

Help From a Few Friends: Warzone Atlanta Imperial Soup Showcase

Bringing soup on a single display board, Knights, Blood Angels, and some Guardsmen hit the field.

The classic BA duo, a Smash Captain and a wrecking ball Librarian Dreadnought led a small force of Primaris units.

While Intercessors might be the most basic Primaris unit out there, these guys were loaded with detail. From squad/Chapter markings to a pin wash on each armor plater, these guys looked fantastic on the table.

As for the Knights, a few Armigers added some overall toughness to the list. While a Helverin hung back and plinked wounds off of armor, the two Warglaives ran up with the Blood Angels to hit the enemy head-on.

And finally, Guardsmen acted as the disposable CP battery. However, one unique aspect of this Guard force is that these were all Elysian Drop Troops.

Adding some speed to the force, three gunships hit the table. A single Thunderbolt Heavy fighter and two Vultures. Keeping a paint job to match the background of the blue sky, these guys could drop down and take the enemy by surprise with strafing runs.
