Pop Goes the Monkey always comes out with some of the most excellent minis and bits on the market! They have also recently upgraded some of their lines to Monkey Resin for their kits, so you can get high-quality resin minis for less. Nothing wrong with saving some cash.
This time, we’ll focus on all the upgrade kits you can score to make your models stand out. These are perfect for tanks, dreads, and so much more! Let’s take a closer look!
Hunt the Fallen With All These Dark Angels Alternative Upgrade Kits!
There are over 80 items in the store currently to upgrade your minis! There are even a few model kits that make for great alternatives. We’ll look at some of our favorites, but there is way more than this!
WINGED SWORDS: ATLAS PATTERN FULL KIT: 
We’ve used a ton of their dread kits in the past, and they always fit on without much work and are super high-quality.
The Atlas Pattern bits are designed to fit the Primaris Redemptor or Brutalis dreadnought model kits. It’s meant to give your standard kit a unique look that resembles a Leviathan Dreadnought of the Great Crusade Era. The parts provide raised emblems and details for easy painting. Simply wash with warm soapy water and use super glue to attach it to your model.
WINGED SWORD: FULL RHINOBACK IMPULSOR KIT:
Our Rhinoback Impulsor conversion bits kit is a variant of the standard Primaris Impulsor design that incorporates an enclosed crew compartment to better protect your troops traversing across the battlefield.
This conversion kit is meant to fit the Primaris Impulsor model kit (Not the Repulsor kit). We kept the standard “Top-Hatch” fitting of our Rhino Chassis parts so, this kit will allow you to incorporate many of our other conversation parts like missile launchers and turret weapons.
Winged Swords: Legion Deimos Round Doors Rhino Bits:
They have all kinds of door styles covered, so you can get your tanks fully kitted out!
These custom-designed inserts will fit into the square door cavities of a standard Rhino kit like a plug, with the reverse side giving your model an Old-School round door. A great option to a resin casted kit that never seems to fit right. This kit also gives you the option to magnetize it instead of gluing it into place. Swap out these doors for a pair of Predator Sponsons or even another army-branded door.
WINGED SWORD IMPULSOR BRANDING KIT:
These are cheaper since they are smaller kits, but they are really cool and add a ton of flavor while saving you some cash!
