JOYTOY 40k Ultramarines Action Figures Hit Pre-Order!

showzstore-joytoy-incursers-wal-hor-title-space-marines-action-figuresThe wait is almost over for the JOYTOY 40k Ultramarines action figures- check out the details on the new 4″ models!

Back in May GW officially gave JOYTOY the go-ahead to make some action figures and they look amazing! They are 1/18 scale and stand about 4.33″ tall and the detail on them is just insane. The set is a little pricey, but honestly not terrible for how great they look and the price of the hobby in general.

Just to note, we found these on some resellers, not JOYTOY themselves quite yet and the release looks like late October. Let’s first check out the initial announcement then get into where you can order and the new pics.

JOYTOY Announces Partnership With GW

In May, JOYTOY announced that an agreement for partnership was reached with GW. These figures will be 1:18 scale and were originally planned for a June release, but obviously, now it looks like October.

Release time: 2021/05/17

On May 17, 2021, JOYTOY (abbreviation: Happy Mode Play) officially announced that it has been authorized by the British Games Workshop® (abbreviation: GW) to jointly launch a series of Warhammer40000 classic characters with 1:18 super movable The finished product model play, this series of products is planned to be officially released in June this year.

These figures are assumed to be pretty similar to the recent McFarlane figures we have already had recently, but a wee bit smaller. joytoy modelJOYTOY’s other 1:18 scale models come in at 105mm (about 4 inches tall) and cost $29. However since Space Marines are so tall canonically, they might be taller than the historical human figures, which might drive the price up a bit. not to mention the weapons and other bits that might be inside the box.

JOYTOY 40k Ultramarines Action Figures Hit Pre-Order!

joytoy infiltrator officialWe’re grabbing these new pics from V-Store Collectibles, but it looks like they are already sold out of their pre-order numbers. If you do want to order one, it looks like ShowZ Store still has some.

Plus, they have some new pics as well. They have a deposit system though and we haven’t ordered from them before, but if you want the toys though, they seem to have them right now.

Joytoy ultramarinesAccording to the exchange rate on these, for the four models, the MSRP is about $90, which is pretty on par with their other figures. So as we said, it’s a little on the pricey side but not insane.

Joytoy ultramarines 6Here’s everything the new set comes with:

– Brother Pullo figure
– Brother Ruban figure
– Brother Sergeant Octavio
– Brother Cyrus
– Multiple accessories and weapons

Joytoy ultramarines 7They are very posable and just look so sweet. As you can see they have a bunch of accessories with each figure.

Joytoy ultramarines 8Again, the release date is late October, so really not too much longer now. They seem to have a ton of posing options as well, so can’t go wrong there.

Joytoy ultramarines 4When compared to the McFarlane figures, they are smaller, but actually a little cheaper when you consider you get four figures. Plus, the articulation on these is just off the charts.

We’ve found one place to order them, so if you want, you can order them here. As we said though, we haven’t bought from them before so check all the fineprint.

Incursors

joytoy incursor officialBut that’s not all, there are also Incursors coming! Using pretty much the same base model, these have slightly different load-outs and gear. Primarily, these are all masks and visors instead of full helmets, just like the GW mini kit.

incursors joytoyIn a similar fashion, there was also a section of the video dedicated to the Incursors in live light instead of the rendered promo image. Once again, this helps give a sense of pose options and shows off some of the articulation.

ShowZ Store has these up for pre-order as well.

Are you excited about these figures? Will you be picking them up?
