Here it is hobby maniacs, the mighty Warlord Titan, towering over the battlefield! This truly was a fun but challenging build. I literally had to use every hobby muscle and tool in my arsenal.
When I say I had to use every tool in my hobby bag I really mean it. This project included everything from magnets, wooden dowels, working with resin, washing resin, bending resin, glue, and even had to drill a magnet out before the glue set because i accidentally messed up the polarity.
But all in all the project ran pretty smooth, minus that one hiccup, and I’m overall extremely satisfied with how it turned out.
With a bunch of different options for weapons going with magnets was a no brainer. Now these pieces are heavy, so I went with the biggest magnets I could fit to make sure the weapons weren’t falling off, while still making it easy to swap out weapons as I wanted.
Everywhere you look on this model has something new. On the back you have some rear facing guns and a nice platform where you can put additional models, I like to call this part the poop deck.
Now I didn’t put the armor so whoever paints this can have an easier time. If you decide to go down this road of epic adventure you’re probably going to want to paint them separately as well. But to give you a taste I did dry fit the left leg so you can get an idea of what it will look like.
The amount of detail that was put into this model is absolutely amazing. Forge World didn’t settle for anything less than perfection when they designed it.
