Don’t miss even more new pictures of the updated Chaos Terminator kit for Vigilus Ablaze that have been spotted making the rounds!

New Kit spotted in the preview

So what’s new about these guys exactly?

  • The new kit has a power sword
  • New kit has at least one combi plasma bit (seen on Sergeant)
  • Tusks on the new kit are completely re-posed
  • Trophy racks are completely new with Space Marine helmets from different Chapters displayed
  • The Sergeant from the new kit has ornamental horns mounted on the top of his armor
  • Power fist looks to be part of an older rumor Daemon engine
  • Pauldrons on the new kit look to be reworked and scaled differently

Chaos veterans from back in the day may remember how much of a pain it was to convert the Terminators into having the correct wargear you wanted them to have. However, it looks like there’s a kit that’s about to surface loaded with different options. Terminators aren’t just getting new models as a part of their support either! They are actually getting their own specialist detachment that shatters enemy morale.

Spotted inside an Iron Warriors faction focus for Vigilus Ablaze, there was a Terminator squad that had new wargear different from the first showcase.

More Chaos Terminators Pics Spotted!

Also making the rounds today are new pictures of the Chaos Terminator models in all their unholy glory, apparently from Warhammer Community.

Comparing them to the images we have already seen, we get an idea that the will be coming with more combi weapons that their last kit as a plasma can clearly be seen on the sergeant in the front. Back in the day, Chaos commanders had to convert up this bit as none were provided in the kit.

Three of the rumor engines can be seen above as well. The Cadian Trophy Rack on the Reaper Autocannon figure, and the Power Fist bit on the top left model, and the power weapon on the right Terminator as well.

Overall the sculpts are much more dynamic with tons of fur and tabard details adoring the models to really give them that renegade “I’m not bad just because I have spikey bits”, feel!
