Games Workshop just unveiled another new rumor engine and this time it looks like it could be a ton of different possibilities!  Check out the details of the latest model that looks to be on the way for 40k or AoS from Warhammer Community.

The Rumor Engine – 15th March 2022

Ah, it’s that kind of tip. Is that a spear with a grenade tied to it? 

From the look of this, we have an explosive spear tip that appears to have some sort of power coupling attached to a shaft. While it could be anything still at this point, the only thing that comes to mind is the hunting lance for the Death Korps of Krieg Death Rider Squad.

However as you can see for both the art and the existing Forge World models, they dont look quite like this…

Here is one of the current Forge World models:

You can see thier lances have a similar look to them, but still not the same overall styling.

But the possibility of new plastic Death Riders of Krieg models is a very exciting proposition we are sure for a lot of hobbyists!

Whatever this bit goes to it could be held by a potentially a specialist game character like Necromunda even. Of course, it could be another new model altogether, or something else completely unseen before!

We’ll just have to wait and see…
