Keen eyed hobbyists have take note of a image that hidden in plain sight during last nights big Games Workshop preview, that may show a new model kit for the Orks.
We saw a ton of previews already from GW for the 2018 release calendar at GAMA last week, and have been hearing a ton of rumors about possible campaign books, primarchs, and new Chaos Space Marine were confirmed already as well.
But checkout this model that was spotted in White Dwarf image that posted on Warhammer Community after the live preview:
The White Dwarf team have been doing some sterling work of late to incorporate reader feedback into the magazine – kitbashing articles, new rules and classic battle reports refought. In fact, here’s a quick look at one such battle report on its way to newstands soon.
And now checkout the models in the top right corner. Three appear to be the plastic Deff Koptas, and at first glance the model to the left of them appears to be a Deff Dread. But is it?
Compare that model to the current Deff Dread below:
While some of the arms appear to be similar, the configuration of legs seems to not be the same at all.
However the front plate appears to possibly be the same as one of the Stompa heads seen below:
So is this a legit new model for the Orks to be revealed at some point in the future, a conversion, or something else??
Only time may tell for sure.
We know about the new plastic Sisters of Battle, the Deepkin, and the next three codex books, are the Orks on deck after this next releases wave with new models?
