1st Place: Conan Jennings – Space Marines / Adeptus Astartes Army Lists
Conan’s Ultramarines didn’t just win Adepticon 2025—they walked in like they owned the place. He rolled dice like the Emperor was watching, and left the rest of the competition wondering if they accidentally brought water pistols to a bolter fight.
Leading the charge? Guilliman and Marneus Calgar, the Ultramarines’ equivalent of Batman and Superman, showing up to the same PTA meeting. Guilliman brings that mix of ancient tactical brilliance and “I can punch a daemon in the mouth” energy, while Calgar is there to politely remove skulls from enemy shoulders. They’re the peanut butter and jelly of blue-armored violence.
Supporting them is a Captain in Gravis armor and a Lieutenant packing a combi-weapon, because why settle for just one layer of re-rolls when you can stack leadership like it’s a corporate meeting gone horribly right. They don’t just buff—they slap, too.
Then there’s the triple threat of Ballistus Dreadnoughts. These aren’t your average walking coffins. They’re long-range harbingers of ruin, loaded with weapons that tear through armor like a melta through butter. If something showed up with too many wounds, these guys made sure it left with none.
For flexibility, Conan brought in Company Heroes—tough, elite, and just the right amount of stabby. Need a squad that can hold a point and decapitate something annoying in the same turn? These are your guys. Toss in an Infiltrator squad with some sneaky vibes, and suddenly, objective scoring units start sweating before they even hit the board.
Mobility came courtesy of a Gladiator Reaper and an Invader ATV. The Reaper isn’t just fast—it hits hard enough to rethink your entire deployment plan. The ATV, meanwhile, zips around like it’s late for an appointment and has a side hobby of deleting light infantry.
Scout squads made a comeback with just one showing, proving you don’t need a huge footprint to mess with an opponent’s gameplan. Cheap, useful, and occasionally annoying—just the way we like them.
Then, just to make sure nobody forgot what big guns looked like, Conan closed the list with two Vindicators. If you’ve never been on the receiving end of a demolisher cannon, just imagine being hit by a small building. Repeatedly. These tanks exist to remind people that cover is a lie and safety is a myth.
2nd Place: Folger Pyles – Eldar / Aeldari Army Lists
3rd Place: Robin Roberts – Genestealer Cults Army Lists
