Is it Worth It?
Of the newer CPs we’ve seen, this is actually on the higher end of value but still less than the 2022 version. However, you do get a pretty interesting and elite force. It also comes with one squad of new miniatures, but it looks like GW wants to release them as individual kits, as there is no army box.
So, if you want some of the new Warp Spiders, you basically get all the Dire Avengers for free, so this is an interesting box! Plus, while some of the newer 10th Edition Combat Patrols have been underwhelming (compared to 9th edition boxes), this one has more value than the previous few we’ve seen.
How Many Points Is This?
So, you’re wondering how many points the Aeldari Combat Patrol box racks up, eh? Well, in Warhammer 40k 10th edition, this box hits with about 500 points. But, as you know, the tides of the Grimdark universe are ever-shifting, and with the latest points updates, that number could quickly fluctuate.
One minute, you’re ready to purge heretics, and the next, you’re recalculating your list because the points gods have decided to have some fun.

Dire Avengers
The Dire Avengers are the top dogs among the Aeldari’s Aspect Warriors. They channel the War God’s relentless thirst for vengeance against a galaxy that’s seen better days. Ruthless to their enemies and fiercely loyal to their own, they don’t mess around when it comes to protecting their people.
Warp Spiders
Warp Spiders are the ultimate hit-and-run specialists, bringing aggressive defense to a whole new level. With their jump generators, they strike fast and vanish even faster—gone before the enemy knows what hit ’em. Among the Asuryani, they’re known as some of the boldest around, diving headfirst into the chaotic insanity of the Warp, all to keep their people safe.
Spiritseer

Wraithblades
Wraithblades are your go-to for deadly close combat—crafted from wraithbone and powered by the spirit stones of fallen Aeldari warriors. These helm-crested heavy hitters come ready for battle with your choice of loadout: either Wraithblades or Wraithguard.
What to Buy Next?
Well, you have a lot of Dire Avengers in the box, but you still need to pick a path from here. Plus, you need at least a few vehicles, and with the new Phoenix Lords out, you’ll probably want those too! So, while this box is a great starting point, it is only 500ish points, meaning you’ll still have the vast majority of your army to collect. Whether you want more Aspect warriors, tanks, or Wriathguard, you’ll have to get a lot. But you can never go wrong with tanks and infantry for Aeldari.
