The Las Vegas Open is one of the premier gaming events around and always kicks off the year with a bang! It’s still quite a way off, but it’s nice to know what’s going on and what events you will be playing.
If you’ve never been to LVO, it’s really one you need to look into, as there is so much happening with a crazy amount of games. Frontline Gaming always puts on a good show, and this one is just always such a fun event. However, if you want to focus more on the fun and hobby side of the game, the Long War Doubles will be perfect for you!
Best of all, tickets are on sale now, so if you want to play any of these games, do not wait!
The event will take place from January 18th-21st, 2024, but it’s better to plan now because of how fast the tickets always sell out! They are adding more tickets every day, so even if you don’t see the game you want right now, they will have more in the future.

LVO 2024 – Warhammer 40k Long War Doubles:
Long War Doubles will also be returning! If you’re a casually competitive player who likes to play games of unconventional 40k, grab a friend and sign up for the Long War Doubles tournament. You and your friend will be splicing together two lists that will go against other coupled teams.
This tournament doesn’t just score you on how well you play but on how well you treat your opponent and how hard you hobby!
With almost a hundred teams already registered, don’t miss your chance to be a part of this once-in-a-lifetime hobby experience. You will need a convention ticket in order to participate, so be sure to get both if you want in on some slightly more fun-oriented tournaments.
