Kromlech has just released an insane amount of Tau alternatives, which would make your army stand out on the tabletop!
Kromlech is always putting out some of the most excellent alternative minis and bits out there! If you haven’t checked them out before, they are definitely worth looking into. This time, we’ll focus on what new minis will make for perfect Tau alternatives!
Kromlech did a ton of excellent Ork alternatives recently, but it’s cool to see them keeping the Xenos love going! This is also not everything they will come out with, so be sure to keep your eyes peeled for more. Let’s take a closer look!
Tons of New Tau Alternatives From Kromlech!

CASTE ENCLAVES EMERGENCY DRONE TEAM: $55.01
This set contains one Caste Enclaves Emergency Drone Team consisting of three Drones with all the following weapon options: Flamethrowers, Plasma Guns, Magma Guns, Missile Racks, Protection Flares, Particle Blasters, and Gatlings.
This particular range of Drones was designed to be as adaptive as it’s possible. There is a wide range of emergency situations, and the creators of these machines wanted to make sure that their pieces of art of war will fulfill any possible task. That’s why there is a strong belief that two Emergency Drones with the same kind of weaponry simply don’t exist. Enough being said, no matter what kind of guns they’re armed with, their weapons always match their intimidating look – whether it’s a Flamethrower or a Particle Blaster.
BARRAGE BATTLE DRONE TEAM: $48.54
Barrage Battle Drones were designed for one purpose – to match the other races’ tanks and vehicles. And they’re doing so, and even more. Being capable of trespassing on almost every difficult terrain, these hulking machines provide devastating firepower to most battlefields in different environments. It doesn’t matter if they’re using high-advanced Magnetic Rifles or showering their enemies with numerous rockets thanks to the Sky-Igniting Missile Racks.
ATTACK DRONE SWARM: $36.67
They also have shield drone alternatives, so no worries there!
In the case of Attack Drones, the clue is in the name. This type of Caste Enclaves construction has only one simple objective – to make an unstoppable attack at the enemy positions on the battlefield. And it does so with terrifying accuracy – especially when this is a numerous swarm of Drones.
