Two Stompa Dakka Dakka! Warzone Atlanta Showcase

two stompa dakka walOrks might normally roll in green tides of endless bodies. But the Meks can also have a field day with their tech. Check out this showcase.

Warzone Atlanta brought some amazing armies under one roof to roll some dice. This list, in particular, went completely against the grain of what’s usually played for Orks in the meta. Check out this awesome army!

Two Stompa Dakka Dakka! Warzone Atlanta Showcase

By Matt Sabol of Sabol Army transports & Designs.

Two Stompa Dakka 1

This Ork list traded in the hundreds of 32mm bases for two massive walkers and a couple of Meks. Taking things a step further from the normal Stompa model, just check out the conversions that went into each one. A normal Stompa looks naked compared to one of these.

While you can’t snap a pic of this model without finding some kind of missile or gun barrel, it’s still only hitting on a 5+ so you’re safe to admire it from afar.

One arm is absolutely decked-out with tasers and supported by a double-barrel Gatling cannon on the wrist.

This mek was probably inspired by Mork, giving him a kunnin’ black paint scheme.

Plus, you might look for a melee weapon in the hand of a massive walker like this. However, it’s actually “below the belt” with a stub cannon pointed right at the enemy’s sensitive area.

Adding an effect to match the Kustom Force Field, this hobbyist modeled some whispy effect around the model.

And there you have it! Two incredible Stompas and a couple of proud Meks ready to unleash their masterpieces on the world. What do you think about these models? How much hobbying time do you think has gone into each?

Have the Big Meks forcefield inspired you to try something similar on your models?
