Scrivener Street is a bustling area that houses offices for clerks, lawyers, and moneylenders. Taverns, shops, and several boarding houses for employees and various other workers line the bottom floors of many buildings. These battlemaps will fit any fantasy, steampunk, Victorian-era tabletop game/scenario.

Scrivener Street is one of the busiest in the city, with many of the citizens having reasons to visit the street regularly. The road is home to many offices belonging to clerks, accountants, lawyers, although none as important as the offices of a certain moneylender, who lives above the office in good quality housing. The street is also populated with taverns, shops and homes, with the upstairs being used for various other businesses and boarding houses.
