New Primaris Azrael Warhammer 40k Rules Datasheet

We saw some rumored rules, but now we have confirmed Warhammer 40k Dark Angels Azrael rules datasheet from Games Workshop.

GW promised rules, and they are here! We’ll compare it to his old sheet as well; that way, we can really pinpoint what’s changing with the model. Either way, it’s nice to have an updated model.

If you want to pick up the new miniature initially, the box set is hitting pre-order on 3/11. However, we’re really not sure how long it will take for the model to come out on its own.

Let’s take a look at all the latest on the new Azrael and dive into the previous rumors in an attempt to divine more about the upcoming Space Marine releases…

New Primaris Azrael Warhammer 40k Rules Datasheet Revealed

Here are the latest rules from Games Workshop.

As we said, we’ll compare with the old datasheet below for all the changes, but he should get some benefits for going Primaris!

The points are going up by ten, so there is nothing too crazy on that front.

Changes From Firstborn Azrael to Primaris:

+1 wound
+1 attack
10 more points
Sword of Secrets gets +1 Strength and damage

So, not too many changes, but with more strength, attacks, and damage, he should be a little more destructive than before, and an extra wound never hurt anyone! It also looks like the rumored changes we saw were pretty close, other than the one damage on the Sword of Secrets.

So, if you’ve already been playing him in your army, he won’t cost much more and will play basically the same as before, just with a little more power.
