GW has put out all kinds of Box Sets in the past. From Start Collectings to Battleforces, they all involve some kind of savings. Looks like GW has branched out and tried something new for the Lumineth Realm-Lords with a new Army Box offereing that has models, a Battletome, dice, warscroll cards, and more… early
It’s basically a toe-dipper into the faction with all the fancy bells and whistles that some players like to ball out on. It seems to be the first of its kind for Age of Sigmar, so what is the value inside?
New AoS Lumineth Realm-Lords Army Box Set Value
GW is trying something new on this next AoS release. Making it easier for new players and veterans alike to start the Realm-Lords, they’re throwing in some interesting options for this box. It looks like we’re getting a Battleline, a Cavalry (Battleline?) unit, and a Leader on top of other game aides.
Let’s start to break down the potential price and value for what’s been previewed. Keep in mind that no prices have been confirmed and we’ll be going off the near-equivalent units for the Ossiarch Bonereapers in terms of cost.
Also, note that it looks about like what a Start Collecting box would have in terms of models… but with the Battletome, dice, etc. the price ended up being more than a typical Start Collecting Box, but less than the Sisters of Battle Army Starter, which was $210.

It seems for this release there may be a bit of a premium on the early access aspect to the faction, then any real bundle value. However all of the content inside is new, so there is no redundant product included, which is nice.
