This will be released alongside two other Battleforces for the Imperial Agents, and we hope it will be cheaper than some of the more recent boxes. Let’s hope GW also increases stock, as all the 2024 Battleforces have sold out in minutes (literally), and store allocations have been pretty wild.

Ordo Hereticus Battleforce Description
This box shows off a new way to build an Imperial Agents army, with a host of Adepta Sororitas helping Greyfax cleanse the galaxy of Heretics! While this doesn’t have the most miniatures, they are all quite elite and will be a fun force to build and paint up.
- Games Workshop - Warhammer 40,000 - Kill Team: Inquisitorial Agents
- Secret acolytes who guard the Imperium in Kill Team and Warhammer 40,000
- Builds seven agents, including a cyborg Gun Servitor and floating Tome- skull
- A dizzying variety of options - most models can be built in different ways
- These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.

Inquisitor Greyfax
Since her daring escape from Necron Overlord Trazyn the Infinite on Cadia, Inquisitor Katarinya Greyfax has become a shadowy figure of fear. Even within her own Ordo Hereticus, her name is spoken in hushed tones, and for good reason. Unyielding and devoid of mercy, Greyfax acts as the self-appointed executioner of anyone she deems a heretic.
As a powerful psyker, her telepathic abilities make her a formidable interrogator, allowing her to detect any lie. This talent has ironically led some of her peers to label her a dangerous Radical. Nevertheless, it’s an invaluable tool for her investigations, enabling her to hunt with impunity, confident that those she condemns have already sealed their fate with their own corrupt thoughts.
Battle Sisters Squad
Battle Sisters form the backbone of the Adepta Sororitas Orders Militant, taking down heretics, xenos, and traitors with their holy trinity of weapons: bolter, melta, and flamer. As they advance, the Emperor’s light spreads like a divine dawn, miraculously deflecting enemy attacks and engulfing foes in the flames of righteous vengeance.
Immolator
The Immolator-pattern armored assault transport, used exclusively by the Adeptus Ministorum, is a Rhino chassis variant. Each Immolator features a fancy turret setup on top, complete with a stained-armaglass ballistic shield, an auto-choral targeting array, and a gunner’s nest connected to a pair of devastating heavy weapons.
Inquisitorial Agents
Inquisitors, with their almost boundless authority in the Imperium, send out squads of authorized agents across the galaxy to execute their will. These covert teams, guided by trusted Interrogator apprentices, are a motley crew: custom-built servitors, soldiers borrowed from all military branches, perilous psykers, convicted killers whose talents are too handy to ignore, and religious fanatics whose intense faith keeps them sane through experiences that would send anyone else over the edge.
Exaction Squad
The Adeptus Arbites are the unyielding enforcers of Imperial law, showing no mercy. Exaction Squads made up of the most seasoned Arbitrators, are deployed to hunt down dangerous offenders wherever they hide. They crush anyone in their path, ruthlessly mowing them down in a hail of firepower, stopping only when their target is in custody.
Blackstone Fortress Priest
Taddeus, a Ministorum Priest, was drawn to the Blackstone Fortress by a holy vision glimpsed in the fiery remains of a particularly cheeky Imperial Navyman. He’s on a mission to spread the Imperial Cult to Precipice and cleanse any taint lurking within the Imperium.
Ordo Hereticus 40k Battleforce Review
So, you’re thinking about grabbing the Ordo Hereticus Battleforce?
While there aren’t any new units inside, this is a very cool mix of units and a new way to use your Sisters. It basically gets you Inquisitorial Agents for free (pretty much), so if you want the Blackstone Fortress and Greyfax models, you might as well pick this up and save some cash.
Plus, the new detachment rules should let you bring down some heretics across the galaxy!

Is This Worth It?
Do you want to start an Imperial Agents army and don’t have anything? If you answered yes, then this is totally worth a pickup! It comes with plenty of agents and even a complement of Sisters to help your campaign. However, a lot of the value comes in the way of the Immolator, so if you already have one or aren’t interested, we would pass.
This will also give you access to the Blackstone Fortress Priest model, which we don’t know if will be released independently at this point.
What to Buy Next?
Well, considering we haven’t seen really any rules from the codex, it’s hard to say. We would probably pick up some more Sisters to bolster the force, but other than that, it’s hard to even know what units you will be able to take beyond this and Sisters for now.
There is also something to be said about just buying the minis you think are cool and building an army around them! Don’t forget to grab the new rules for this faction and brush up on how to play them.
While it may not have the highest value, The Ordo Hereticus Battleforce still offers a great way for new players to start building their armies and explore the faction.
