Big Warhammer releases are coming our way this fall, the question is when. If these dates are right we may not have to guess on the when part any longer…
As we’re moving deeper into 2019, there have been some rumors of dates that we need to look out for. Rumor is that whenever Games Workshop has a big release on a given day, store managers are unable to take off on those dates. Here are the dates that reportedly are “mandatory-attendance” for store managers from now to November…
- August 3rd
- August 10th
- August 31st
- September 21st
- November 9th
RUMORS These Are GW’s Big Fall Warhammer Release Dates
You might have realized that some of the dates from above have already come to pass. As it turns out, we saw some pretty exciting new releases on those days:
- August 3rd: 1st wave of new Space Marine pre-orders and Warcry was delivered in-stores.
- August 10th: 2nd wave of Space Marine pre-orders.
With both of these under our belts, we have to think about what rumors are emerging for the days ahead. As of right now, the talk among the community are:
- Sisters of Battle full faction overhaul
- Black Templars Vs. Orks Box Set/Vigilus-type of support
- Iron Hands & Raven Guard character/codex supplement support
- New Death Faction coming to AoS
With these three things being the highlights of what might be ahead, we still have these dates to look for:
- August 31st: ???
- September 21st: We don’t know what’s in store for this date, however, it’s worth noting that this is around the time that GW drops their big FAQ in the fall.
- November 9th: ???
All in all, there are some exciting things stacking up in the days ahead as we begin to move toward the tail end of 2019. Games Workshop has already made it known that Sisters would have their full release before the year was over so keep that in mind.
