The Rumors Were True: New Space Marines Gladiator Tank!

Now, the Primaris Space Marines have a battle tank with the versatility, reliability and firepower of this venerable stalwart of the Chapter armoury – and some brand-new upgrades. Meet the Gladiator.

Gladiator SchematicStarting off before the model we get a neat little concept art piece. Each of the weapons pointed out is actually changeable, so let’s look into those.

Based on the chassis of the Impulsor, the Gladiator is a fast, flexible battle tank that provides deadly fire support in any chosen flavour you wish.

Gladiator tankYou could build a Gladiator Lancer – an anti-tank sniper that’s ideal for chewing through your opponents’ most durable war machines and monsters.

Gladiator variant 2Next up is the Gladiator Reaper, a great anti-infantry option that’s sure to tear through hordes of infantry models.

Gladiator variant 3Gladiator Valiant – a short-ranged armour hunter that uses twin las-talons and multi-meltas to scrap armour and heavy infantry alike.

If we had to guess the new Gladiator tank will accompany the new Primaris line of miniature releases going into the fall. From the looks of it, there will be an additional sprue accompanying the Impulstor tank to make the new Gladiator kit.

More great news is since this reveal is here, the chances of a new Space Marine Landspeeder (that was spotted in a pixelated image containing the Gladiator and the Indomitus marines), coming soon is very high as well.

Are you excited for the Gladiator? Will you be replacing the Rhinos in your army with these new hover-tanks?
