Even more Star Wars: Legion rules updates are on the way from Atomic Mass Games just after we saw a ton of points changes!
It’s nice to see AMG keeping the game updated, and while these aren’t as giant as the points change, it’s nice to get more FAQS and the rulebook staying updated.
Maybe the most significant changes came for Blizzard Force, as many people wondered how the force would work with the new changes. There was also a point increase on choke and a change to the card, which has some people up in arms…
Either way, let’s jump into some of the changes.
More Star Wars: Legion Rules Updates On the Way
You can see all the changes from AMG here. Just keep in mind these are on AMG’s site but are not effective until 6/15/23. However, if you’re playing some casual games, you could easily get some practice in with the new rules! Let’s jump into the changes.
In conjunction with our STAR WARS: Legion Points Update doc, we’ve added an updated Rulebook, Errata, and Blizzard Force docs.
This might be the most significant change that people are upset about, as this, combined with the points increase, hits Force Choke hard, but it’s still probably viable, just a little worse.
Next up, they took Operative Vader out as an option, but other than that, this looks pretty similar.
They also made some changes to the core rules, but if you remember, back in December 2022, they made a pretty big change to a lot of the rules, so nothing too crazy this time around. If you want to see all those changes, you can check that out here.
Also, be sure to check out all the points updates (there are a lot of them) right here. However, to see all the changes, click the header below!
