From Combat Patrol to Start Collecting, and Battleforce box sets, there are still a ton releases out there with decent value inside to start a new Warhammer army for the New Year (or just add to your existing forces).
Obviously, these are geared towards starting a newer army, but they do all save you some cash, which is something we all love. We’ll also break down the value of each, that way you can decide if any of them are worth your hard-earned hobby dollars.
New Army New Year: All the Boxes With Value Still Available
Most of these are available from third-party retailers for less even so if you can’t find them at your local store, be sure to check those links and save some cash! Let’s get into the new boxes!

Chaos Space Marines Value
One quick thing to note as well, they haven’t released the price for this, but we’re hoping and assuming they will keep it at the $150 price tag. Honestly, though, the box has a decent mix of units inside that should be a good kicking-off point for new players. Plus, when you compare it to something like the recent Thousand Sons box, it seems to be a better force to actually build an army around. Let’s check out the value!
