Don’t miss our unbox and build of the new Warhammer 40k Chaos Havocs and Terminators as we show you how to magnetize and convert them.

What’s up hobby maniacs? Today we are going to take a look at the latest releases for the new Chaos Space Marines. We are going to show you how to magnetize and build the new Havocs and Terminator squads and some good conversion bits to use for the Chaincannon bits.

First up out of the gate, are the new Chaos Havocs this kit retails for $55 and come with 5 miniatures on 40mm bases. This kit is pretty straight forward to build but, the way the sprues stack up you pretty much get two of each weapon to kit out your havocs except for the new Chaincannon. Which leaves you trying to figure out how many boxes you need to buy to build the list you want to play.

Now if you want to add more Chaincannons to your list without having to break the bank there are a few ways to go about it. one way is to kitbash the new Heavy bolter Havoc by adding some of the Gargoyle bits. As far as size this fits the profile of the Chaincannon pretty well and looks kind of cool if you ask us. But of course, if you are taking this to a tournament make sure you ask your T.O. if your conversions are allowed just to keep everyone on the same page.

Another great way to add more Chaincannons to your list is to use the Rip Cannon Bits from Pop Goes The Monkey.  If you decide to go this route you will need a set of arms and a head from the old CSM kit and will have to slice off the hands with a razor knife. This way looks amazing but remember hobby strong but also hobby safe.

Last, but not least, we have the new Chaos Terminator kit. This kit is $60 and comes with two sprues worth of goodies for your Chaos faction.  These new Terminators are on 40mm bases again and at first glance, you can see that the new kit has a lot of weapon options in the box. Problem is though, just like with the Havocs, the weapons that we think everyone will want the most only come a few per box.
