Warcry

Warhammer Warcry is a two-player Scurmish game where bands of warriors battle for the favor of the gods of chaos! The starter set is full of content inside you will find:

  • A softcover rulebook
  • two warbands
  • a host of creatures that can attack either side at a moments notice
  • A fold-out game board
  • a table full of terrain
  • and all the cards, dice and tokens need for two players to battle to the death.

Let’s crack the seal and see what’s in the box.

Warcry Terrain

First up we get a look at all the new terrain sprues for Warcry, and there is a lot of them. They are very much comparable to the 40k Kill Team Starter release in that regards (which came out a year ago from this release).

This terrain is that chunkier Chinese plastic terrain, which is getting better and better all the time. It very cool for this release because it has a lot of play surfaces for your minis to do battle on such as these walkways.

Next, we take a look at what it takes to get these new minis ready for the tabletop. In our unboxing video below Rob goes over each Warband to show you how each model goes together. So you know what to expect when assembling your starter set.

These mins go together pretty seamlessly and we are glad to see that they are not push-fit plastic. Make sure you press play on the video below so you can see all of the minis, contents, and a value break down of this new box.
