5 Top Ways To Fly The Ghost with the Most?

The Ghost is here X-Wing fans! This behemoth of a ship is breaking into the scene with some excellent new upgrades to give your rebel fleet a huge boost. 

In this article we will take a look at a few Ghost builds that will give the Empire a real challenge.

Top pilot Hera Syndulla clocks in at pilot skill 7 and her pilot ability shows just how good she is at keeping your enemies on their toes. Whenever she reveals a red or green maneuver she may change her maneuver to one of the same difficulty.

 

For example, if you reveal a red 3 turn, but it would cause you to collide with your target, you could switch it to a hard 1 turn to hopefully catch them within your sights. Add in Advanced sensors on Hera and she could perform an action before a red maneuver, which she could switch up as the situation permits. If you add Kanan Jarrus as a crew member things get even more interesting.

He allows you to clear stress after performing a white maneuver. This will allow your movements to be totally unpredictable as you try to clear stress.

Even if you do not use this ability for yourself, it is a huge asset to your friendly ships that love to produce stress. A-Wings with Push the Limit would love to have Kanan really open up their dials.

You can’t have the Ghost without its Attack Shuttle, named Phantom. This little ship docks inside when not in use, but is ready to pop out at a moments notice to catch the Empire off guard. An awesome pilot for the Phantom is Sabine Wren. She comes with a built in Advanced Sensor that allows here to perform a boost or barrel roll before revealing her maneuver.

Another awesome crew member from the Ghost expansion is Ezra Bridger. This little guy seems to thrive in stressful situations, as his ability allows you to change 1 focus result to a critical result when attacking. If you include him on the Phantom with Sabine and give her Push the Limit, this little ship becomes a real powerhouse.

The ability to boost or barrel roll before you move, coupled with Push the Limit, could allow you to double action and then perform a green maneuver to clear stress. If you don’t Ezra is there to help you in your attacks.
