Sergeant Ripper Jackson was first previewed from GW as a Store Exclusive. With the Catachan Colonel going for stupid money, she is now too.
This isn’t the first Store Exclusive Catachan we’ve seen in 2020. If you remember, the Catachan Colonel was going for as much as $200-$300 on eBay after GW sent 2-4 to retailers allowing them to keep the profit to help them recover from the worldwide crisis.
Depending on how you look at it, with 2-4 models normally going for $30, there was no way that would even make a dent in covering stores’ expenses.
So, they shot up online and were going to the highest bidders. Well, the Sergeant model previewed before the Colonel has finally emerged and going for stupid money too.

Catachan Ripper Jackson Is Going For Stupid Money Too
The last time we saw any word on Ripper Jackson was back in March. Warhammer Community had this to say:
She’s packing a boltgun, chainsword, laspistol (you can never have enough guns), a bionic leg and an intimidating presence – as befitting a leader of the Astra Militarum. This model makes an ideal display piece, from the pose to the scenic jungle base which is decorated with carnivorous plants and a thoroughly deceased Tyranid organism. We’re sure Ripper is going to be a hit with both Astra Militarum players, collectors and painters alike.
We’ll have more information about how to get your hands on this awesome model soon. Look for new store opening events near you, and start planning your trip!

Coming up seemingly out of nowhere, these Store Exclusive models are going on eBay for over $100 and people are actually bidding for them.
We’re not entirely sure who is selling them as they could be people that attending store openings post-social distancing.
However, after seeing how much those Catachan Colonels went for, there may be a growing trend of people taking to eBay to sell models to people who don’t mind paying a premium. Remember the good old days of Store Exclusives going for $30-$40? Pepperidge Farm remembers.
