Warlord Games has implemented Klarna’s buy now, pay later payment processing to their store so you can get minis and pay them off over time.
This is a pretty cool idea for when you want to make big purchases but not pay for it all at once. It looks like you will be able to use the payment plan on any orders over $150 and can set it up for three installments or defer for three months with no interest or zero purchase fees.
It is definitely an interesting take on buying minis. Let’s take a look at what they have to say about it!
Klarna Buy Now, Pay Later Payments:
We are now offering Klarna’s acclaimed buy now, pay later system. Across our entire web-store range of products* on all orders over $150 in value. Meaning you can purchase your games and miniatures immediately and pay them off over 3 installments, or defer payment for 3 months at zero interest and zero purchase fees.
Klarna offers shoppers an additional layer of security with their purchases, with their own dedicated customer protection system, storage of receipts within your account, and the Klarna app and with your payment not being taken before the first 30 days of your purchase, you can shop at ease knowing that your consumer rights are being held to the highest standards of protection by the Klarna team.
Hmm… Not even making the first payment for 30 days is actually interesting. And then being able to pay over the next three months after that is also pretty cool. You can grab one big buy and slowly pay it off when you can.
How It’ll Work at Checkout:
Your shopping experience won’t change at all when checking out with Klarna.
Once you are logged in and have your basket ready for checkout. All qualifying orders (currently order value of over $150) will then see a new option at the checkout page “Buy now, pay later with Klarna)
Simply look for the highlighted box as shown on the image to the left.
Once you select Klarna as a payment option, continue to follow the instructions, and your purchase will be handled as normal by us!
Pretty nice nothing changes at all at checkout or with shipping!
Some of the Sets it Works With:
These are just some of the sets that you can use with the new payment system. Anything over $150 seems like it will qualify though, so even if you get a few smaller boxes they can add up to the price. Each of these massive sets will qualify you though just by themselves. If you need a way to pay for something but need a little more time, this seems like a cool idea.
It also looks like you will be able to use the payment system for new releases and preorders as well.
What do you think about this for gaming? Something you will be using or passing on?
