Top 40k Army Lists Alamo GT
Thanks to Best Coast Pairings we are able to look back at the event as if we were there ourselves.
3rd Place: Matthew Allee- Drukhari
2nd Place: Jony Velazquez- Death Guard
1st Place: Sean Nayden- Aeldari
The first detachment is led by a succubus and an Archon for a variety of rerolls for specifically tagged troops. For troops, there are 15 Wracks which are some very cheap bodies. A Raider and 3 Venoms also give the list some extra armor for pretty low investment.
The second detachment is Eldar, with a Warlock leading for some extra psychic support. 9 total Dark Reapers add just the right amount of ranged anti-armor to help take out the more elite units any opponents might be bringing. Two Night Spinners just add two more great ranged units.
The 3rd and final detachment is Ynnari, led by The Yncarne. This HQ provides a superb melee threat that can zip and teleport around the field to wherever your models are dieing, providing extra support to where you need it most. 15 Incubi add more bodies to take advantage of the rerolls as expressed before, with one more raider adding a touch of armor to the list.
All in all, this is a soup approach to the very popular Drukhari lists at the moment. Sean proves that the rest of the Eldar might still have some tricks up their sleeves too!
Aeldari Victory- Congrats to Sean on the win!
Aeldar have won this time, but what do you think about all three of these most recent lists?
