Here’s the latest list of all the Games Workshop exclusive Warhammer miniatures you may still be able to find right now!
This has obviously been an exciting couple of years, but at least we’ve had some great exclusive minis to hold us over. With the fast-growing pace of releases in Age of Sigmar and Warhammer 40k, there have in turn been quite a few exclusive miniatures pop up throughout the past year or so.
All The Exclusive Games Workshop Warhammer Miniatures You Can Still Find
Some of these Games Workshop-exclusive Warhammer miniatures were usually hard to get ahold of, even more so in times of social distancing and quarantining.
You should definitely grab one if you see them available on shelves still. Fortunately, we still found most of these for sale on Amazon or eBay.
Primaris Lieutenant Amulius
Click to get yours on Amazon or eBay
Lieutenant Amulius is Easy-to-build and was seen at 2019’s Adepticon as a surprise exclusive Warhammer miniature!
While he’s a normal Primaris Lieutenant on the tabletop, his model is definitely sweet and puts off a generic codex-Astartes vibe. If you still want to pick this guy up, he sometimes can be found on Amazon too.
Severina Raine
Click to get yours on Amazon or eBay
This fine cast mini was released as the Black Library Celebration mini of 2019. She is an uncompromising Commissar that has been through hundreds of battles and helped retake the worlds of the Bale Star.
Primaris Sergeant Jovan
Click to get yours on Amazon or eBay
This guy was another store exclusive for 40k in 2019. And while he may be a Primaris, he’s actually not a Lieutenant. He’s got one of the more dynamic posing/bases that we’ve seen in terms of Primaris characters so far. At the end of the day, he’ll make a fantastic (insert T4 HQ here) for any Chapter.
Sister of Battle: Amalia Novena
Click to get yours on Amazon or eBay
Amalia was first previewed at a past Adepticon and we really didn’t know anything besides the model’s pose. It turns out that she was the store exclusive mini on June 29th’s Warhammer Day celebration. The best part is that she’s fully plastic and isn’t Easy-to-Build!
Valerian & Aleya
Click to get yours on Amazon or eBay
Another release coming from the Black Library Celebration! These two are from the Watchers of the Throne series and even got some interesting (if underwhelming) rules to use them as named characters in your games.
Leena Stormspire
Click to get yours on Amazon or eBay
This named Stormcast was a hero that was only available for store openings, refurbishments, or relocations. Rocking a shield and sword, she opted for a more tanky-loadout over her battle brother, Berek.
Berek the Indomitable
Click to get yours on Amazon or eBay
Berek the indomitable is a Stormcast that’s all about damage. With a big two-handed hammer, he doesn’t need to try and block anything.
Larissa Shadowstalker
Click to get yours on Amazon or eBay
Larissa Shadowstalker is a Knight-Questor armed with a stormstrike glaive. She’s on foot and doesn’t have a shield so, in terms of in-game rules, she’s not the most high-speed low-drag option.
Dacian Anvil
Click to get yours on Amazon or eBay
Dacian Anvil is the latest Stormcast special character to be previewed. He’s actually not available yet. He was supposed to be released at 2020’s Adepticon. But since that got canceled, we’re now waiting to see where he’ll pop up.
Catachan Exclusive- Sergeant Ripper Jackson
Click to get yours on Amazon or eBay
This is the first bit of love Catachans have gotten in a while from GW, well other than the Colonel. This female warrior rocking a bionic leg is the latest exclusive mini we’ve seen previewed. This originally was going to be an in-store exclusive mini but GW also made her MTO for a while on the site.
If you’re lucky, you may be able to find one laying on the shelves somewhere near you.
MTO Librarian Terminator
Click to get yours on Amazon or eBay
Update: After GW’s 3rd online preview, he’s been announced as an MTO with two weeks of open ordering before they produce them and ship them out. Obviously, it took a while to get this guy, but we eventually got it! Did you ever get your MTO order?
Sisters Tariana Palos Model MTO
Click to get yours on Amazon or eBay
This new Sister took everyone by surprise as we had no idea GW was even working on more exclusive models for the faction. However, this Sister is posed just like the famous artwork we’ve seen over and over through the years.
In-game, she’s just a normal Sister so you could make her the position of a Sergeant in your force but that’s about it.
Catachan Colonel
Click to get yours on Amazon or eBay
This one went for crazy money this year on the secondary market, and unfortunately still is… If you managed to grab this one up, nice work! It was a store exclusive that had a bungled release and just dove the price for this little guy through the roof.
Warhammer Day 2020 Mini – Chaplain in Terminator Armor
Click to get yours on Amazon or eBay
Chaplain Tarentus was available in stores and online from Warhammer Day itself until the 8th of November!
Jakkob Bugmansson XI
Click to get yours on Amazon or eBay
Now, the legacy of the legendary Josef Bugman continues in the form of this year’s Christmas model, Jakkob Bugmansson XI. This Brewmaster-General, and (some say) descendant of the originator of many fine ales, will be available to order throughout November and December before he vanishes into legend.
The 2020 Christmas model took on the appearance of a Kharadron overlord brewmaster! It looks perfect with not so much going on that it’ll fit right into your army if you chose to field it.
Gorzag & Nikkit
Click to get yours on Amazon or eBay
While not a Christmas model, these guys were a “Commemorative Model” back in 2020 as well. They were only available first to Warhammer stores from December 26th until January 3rd, followed by a release online through GW’s website. Some local game stores received them as well.
Uriel Ventris Space Marines Model
Click to get yours on Amazon or eBay
The Black Library Preview event may have been 90% new books, but a brand new Uriel Ventris Primaris space marines model arrived in 2021.
Kamoteph the Crooked
Next came the Warhammer store-exclusive miniatures in 2021, starting off with Kamoteph the Crooked!
Click to get yours on Amazon or eBay
Kamoteph the Crooked is the new mini coming for the Necrons and 40k. He’s considered ancient even by Necron standards, he may not be fast but he sure is cunning!
Sylas Beastbane
Click to get yours on Amazon or eBay
For AoS there was this new Stormcast mini, Sylas Beastbane. If you ask us, the mini seems very appropriately named. He is armed with the new Questor Axe hammer, which allows him to strike an additional time against anyone he hits.
Holga Clovenhorn
And the Warhammer Open and event exclusive miniatures for 2021 starting with Holga Clovenhorn!
Click to get yours on Amazon or eBay
Holga Clovenhorn, Aspiring Champion of Chaos is going to be the model for the AoS side of things. It’s honestly a pretty cool mini, while the pose is static, the detail on the rest of it makes up for it.
Necron Lord Hasmoteph
Click to get yours on Amazon or eBay
Necron Lord Hasmoteph the Resplendent is going to fill the slot for 40k. Necrons have grabbed a lot of exclusives this year, so might as well pick up another one. The sculpt isn’t anything too special, but having exclusive minis is always a plus for any faction.
New Primaris Space Marines Sergeant Castus Miniature
Click to get yours on Amazon or eBay
This exclusive model will be added – free of charge – to any individual order with a checkout value of more than £150 (or the regional equivalent) on Games-Workshop.com until midnight on the 28th of October, so you’ve got just one month to get yours. He won’t be available anywhere else either, so don’t miss your chance.
This is “Free” as long as you spend $240 in the online store or £150.
Warhammer Day 2021 Exclusive Miniatures
Warhammer Day returns once again on the 30th of October 2021. We’re marking this momentous day with not one, but two incredible commemorative edition miniatures and an absolutely massive online preview of some of the major releases slated for the rest of 2021 – and beyond.
Primaris Lieutenant With Storm Shield
Click to get yours on Amazon or eBay
Who doesn’t need another Lieutenant in their army? Well, if you’re already overflowing, get used to it!
Anasta Malkorion
Click to get yours on Amazon or eBay
Phwoar. This Primaris Lieutenant With Storm Shield will be joined by the Vampire Lord Anasta Malkorion, with both miniatures available for a strictly limited time starting on Warhammer Day itself, the 30th of October, until the 7th of November. Anasta Malkorion will be available in stores and online, but you’ll only be able to acquire our brave Lieutenant from Games-Workshop.com.
It’s definitely a little disappointing stores won’t have the Space Marine, but at least they will get one mini.
Da Red Gobbo & Bounca
Orks are always a holiday favorite, and 2021 was no exception!
Click to get yours on Amazon or eBay
Santa Claus he is not. Astride his loyal squig Bounca, da Red Gobbo dispenses presents to all the good little grots, and his model is packed with joyous details. Baubles and ornaments hang from the squig’s antlers and litter the ground underfoot, while the Gobbo’s trusty sidearm is slung in a holster across his back.
This miniature will only be available until 8am GMT on Friday 31st of December 2021.
This product is Made to Order and will be delivered in 180 working days.
Nothing is more jolly and in the Christmas spirit than a Red Gobbo and his candy-cane theme stick of dynamite, or at least so I’m told.
Bawla and Burk
Click to get yours on Amazon or eBay
These exclusive minatures were available from December 26th – January 2nd in local Warhammer stores. If you can’t get to a Warhammer store, you could have MTOed these from the 3rd of January to the 9th of January 2022.
The mini is pretty cool but nothing too crazy and not nearly as festive as the Red Gobbo (they even did a coin for him)! Still, if you play Orruks, hard to complain about new minis.
While Bawla merrily hacks his way through skaven armies, Burk keeps the rat swarms out of his way. In fact, this grot is so cunning, we doubt that rat will ever catch him!
As always, and yes, we mean always, the goblin is way better than the giant green guy standing above him
Exclusive Inquisitor Erasmus Cartavolnus
Queue the store exclusives for 2022 with this bombastic Inquisitor and a sassy Kruelboyz miniature.
Click to get yours on Amazon or eBay
The Ordo Malleus is dedicated to hunting and exterminating daemons wherever they appear, and Erasmus Cartavolnus has been doing it for over 300 years. Despite his advanced age, this zealous Inquisitor still strides the battlefield in search of daemonic quarry, and his knowledge of binding rituals is second to none.
This is honestly pretty cool with the huge flame exploding from the book and giant sword. While the pose itself isn’t super dynamic, all the extra pieces of flair make up for it. You can check out his confirmed rules that were spotted as well right here.
GW Exclusive Gutrippa Boss Haggok
Click to get yours on Amazon or eBay
It takes a wily creature to command the respect of a Kruleboyz Gutrippa mob, and Haggok is always on the lookout for his latest would-be usurper to pre-emptively run through. With a (mostly) tame vulture keeping its beady eyes open for incoming threats, Haggok has time to relax a little and survey the battlefield, leaning casually on his skareshield. He fits in perfectly with your existing Gutrippa warbands, and as a unit leader, he has a more refined air than your average Kruleboy can muster.
It’s nice at least this year to see something other than Necrons or Space Marines get the minis! He’s not the most exciting model, but still pretty cool. If for nothing other than the vulture! We also saw Gutrippa Boss Haggok a long time ago as he was hidden in plain sight and in a rumor engine (or two).
Fafnir Rann
Avaialbe, for a limited time, were two very characterful Horus Heresy miniatures!
Click to get yours on Amazon or eBay
A celebrated officer of the Imperial Fists, Captain Rann was charged with the defence of the strategically vital Lions Gate Spaceport. He later joined the Templar Brethren, fighting alongside Sigismund and earning ever greater glory.
Not to mention he wades into battle with not one but TWO axes! Something about the blender that these guys must create in assault just screams, stay very very far away.
Dominion Zephon
Click to get yours on Amazon or eBay
Dominion Zephon had his Great Crusade cut short when he suffered terrible injuries at the hands of xenos warriors. No less a tech-adept than Arkhan Land – the (re)discoverer of the Land Raider and Land Speeder – created his new bionics and got him back in the fight. His jump pack lets him zip around the battlefield to bring his volkite serpenta pistols to wherever they can do the most damage.
Zephon, while not high-ranking, always seemed to find his way to the centre of the action. His body was shattered in battle just before the events of the Siege of Terra, and his extensive augmetic surgeries brought him into contact with a Tech-Priest by the name of Arkhan Land
Exclusive Primaris Company Champion
Warhammer Community announced the US Open and Event miniatures and some of the events you can get them at, such as AdeptiConin 2022.
Click to get yours on Amazon or eBay
For Warhammer 40,000 comes the sword-swinging Primaris Company Champion. These formidable warriors of the Adeptus Astartes defend their chapter’s honour on the battlefield, armed with a devastating master-crafted power sword and skills honed over countless duels.
The Primaris Company Champion even has an entirely new datasheet for use in Legends games of Warhammer 40,000, loaded with three deadly Blade Stances. You can also use him in other games, perhaps as a particularly cool squad leader, or even the Emperor’s Champion.
While this exclusive Space Marines Primaris company champion doesn’t have a set role in regular 40k games, it would make for a ton of really cool proxies, and since it’s a GW product, nobody can hassle you for it. It’s an interesting mini but not the wildest thing we’ve ever seen.
You’ll be able to acquire these miniatures at Warhammer events throughout 2022 – such as AdeptiCon, which is taking place from the 23rd to the 27th of March in Schaumburg, Illinois.
If you’re going to the event and want either, better to pick it up there instead of trying to fight for it on the secondary market.
Exclusive Swampcalla Shaman
Click to get yours on Amazon or eBay
For Warhammer Age of Sigmar, meet Mugruk Da Watcha! This Swampcalla Shaman believes he’s found a new way of observing the battlefield using a special seeing-eye rock, but it’s really nothing more than a neat hat.
Wearing a blindfold won’t keep this malodorous mage from getting stuck in with a bogbark staff and he’s brewing up a bevy of elixirs to empower the venom-tipped weapons of his fellow Kruleboyz. Mugruk isn’t accompanied by a pot grot, but he can still jab at foes with his own backup stabba.
Everyone loves exclusive miniatures from Games Workshop, sometimes because getting them is such an adventure!
Bayard’s Revenge: Warhammer Day Exclusive Mini
Fast forward to October 2022 and this awesome diorama!
Click to get yours on Amazon or eBay
This multipart plastic kit allows you to build a Commemorative Series model capturing the Emperor’s Champion, Bayard of the Black Templars, as he buries his Black Sword in the chest of an Ork Nob. This diorama encapsulates the grim darkness of the far future in fine form, a treat for all fans of Warhammer 40,000. Festooned with details, including a huge variety of different textures and materials, an option for a stylized helmet or bare head, plus a fully sculpted display base, this model represents the perfect opportunity to show off the painting skills you’ve devoloped over your years in the Warhammer hobby.
Operative Umbral-Six Warhammer+ Year 1 Mini
Two Warhammer+ Exclusive miniatures showed up in hobbyists’ collections in 2022, one for AoS, and this stunning diorama below:
Click to get yours on Amazon or eBay
These are going for a little more than we expected on the secondary market, but by far not nearly as bad as some of the ones we have seen before.
Bazdrogg Neck Choppa Warhammer+ Year 1 Mini
Click to get yours on Amazon or eBay
The AoS version of the Warhammer + mini is also going for more than we thought, but not nearly as bad as the 40k mini, so that’s a plus!
Mibyllorr Darkfang Warhammer+ Year 2 Mini
Also hitting the secondary market in 2022 were the exclusive Warhammer+ Year 2 Miniatures.
First up is Mibyllorr Darkfang, a brand new Chaos Sorceress model. We saw a few of these go out by “accident,” but more of them hit the secondary market as hobbyists queued up for the second year of Warhammer+.

Abhorrant Ghoul King Warhammer Boxing Day 2022 Miniature
Click to get yours on Amazon or eBay
The illusion is shattered! That’s not your favourite uncle in his favourite chair, that’s the Abhorrant Ghoul King with Crown of Delusion, this year’s Boxing Day Miniature! Instead of a cosy Christmas scene, our reverie was in fact a heinous feast of raw flesh, and we’re actually all horrible ghouls deluded into a parody of familial festivities!
The miniature is pretty cool, and who doesn’t want a Ghoul King sitting on a throne?
This crowned cannibal will make a perfect painting project for those who want to push themselves with a special one-off miniature, or perhaps he’ll become the centre of a Flesh-eater Courts diorama – maybe even a gory feast full of foul Crypt Ghouls and Crypt Horrors?
This commemorative miniature will be available exclusively at Warhammer stores from Boxing Day until Sunday the 8th of January 2023. You’ll be able to order it online between Saturday the 7th of January and Sunday the 15th of January, so dip your finger in blood – er, cranberry sauce – and circle your calendar.
While the miniature is definitely really cool, it also solves a bunch of Rumor Engines!
Free Gifts & Exclusive Miniatures For Warhammer Stores 2023
The latest on all the new free gifts and new exclusive miniatures for Warhammer stores in 2023 comes from this Warhammer Community post.
Yôht Grendok
Click here to get yours on Amazon or eBay
The Leagues of Votann are the latest faction to stake a claim on the galaxy in Warhammer 40,000. They wage war to protect the ancient machine-constructs that govern their societies, strip-mining whole planets to fuel their ventures. Yôht Grendok is a young up-and-comer of a Kâhl, the war-leaders of the Leagues.
Yôht is armed with a unique, belt-fed Autoch-pattern combi-bolter and a forgewrought plasma sword. His gear is decorated with fine gems, and topped by an ornate rampart crest decorated with leonine imagery. He’ll be receiving Warhammer Legends rules, allowing you to use his particular loadout in open, narrative, or matched play – or you could field him as a standard Kâhl.
It’s nice to see Leagues of Votann getting an exclusive mini! They even say he will have the special Legends rules, which is somewhat rare. Obviously, you can play him as a Kahl, but it will be nice to have a little datasheet when you buy him.
Torrk Lennsen
Click here to get yours on Amazon or eBay
There are no better airship commanders in the Mortal Realms than the Kharadron Overlords, and Arkanaut Admirals are the best of the best. Amongst these high-flying privateers, Torrk Lennsen is one of the most storied – a hard-bitten veteran of skyborne skirmishes throughout the Age of Sigmar.
These miniatures will be available at Store Anniversary events from February 2023 onwards – you’ll have to speak to your store about ordering them when their special day rolls around.
They don’t say he’ll have special rules, but that’s not the end of the world. As we said, you’ll have to go to the store during their anniversary to score these mini. We’re sure they will be on the secondary market at some point, but they will probably be more expensive. Read More Here
New Event-Exclusive Miniatures for 2023
Games Workshop announced the new 2023 Event-Exclusive Miniatures you can score throughout the year- check it out!
This time around 40k is getting something other than a Space Marine, and AoS is grabbing a new Slaves to Darkness model. While many veteran Imperial Guard players have quite a few Commissars lying around, it’s still a pretty cool model!
The Commissar’s Duty
Click here to get yours on Amazon or eBay
From the 41st Millennium comes The Commissar’s Duty. This vignette depicts an absolutely iconic scene – an Astra Militarum Commissar with his sword planted in the battlefield rubble, standing tall as he delivers the Emperor’s Justice. Is he aiming at a foe, or at a Guardsman who needs to be made into an example?
He’s got a whole tactical rock this time that he can stand on! Seriously though, this is a pretty cool model, and while it’s a little static, it should be striking on the battlefield.
Tolgar Split-Eye
Click here to get yours on Amazon or eBay
Out of the Mortal Realms charges Tolgar Split-Eye, a frenzied Darkoath warrior sporting a natty eye-patch and swinging two huge axes. He also comes with an alternative head for building a nameless Darkoath Chieftain, which trades flowing locks for a fine beard.
This guy is a lot more dynamic and, with those giant axes, should be a good addition to your forces.
As we said, AdeptiCon is the first place to score this, but it should be at plenty of events throughout the year. They didn’t say what other partner events they will be at, but you know all GW tournaments will have them. Read More Here
Everyone sometimes loves exclusive Warhammer miniatures from Games Workshop because getting them is an adventure! These are all the most common from the last few years of exclusive releases stretching back to 2019.
