This is quite the selection of new Forge World Horus Heresy kits. This week’s lineup will help you add more variety and options to your legions in the 31st millennium!

Lord-castellan Evander Garrius – The Tyrant of Cthonia

Lord-castellan Evander Garrius – The Tyrant of Cthonia

A veteran who has fought long and hard since the Unification Wars on Terra, Evander Garrius is one of the most decorated Imperial Fists, though his brutish methods and casual disregard for the wellbeing of his brothers have marked him out as something of a pariah. With his Tyrant’s Regalia and the relic power fist Subjugator, he is a force to be reckoned with. He’ll be available in resin, with a choice of helmeted or unhelmeted head, next week.

A uniquely brutal Imperial First character might be something fans rally behind, but one thing is for sure; that model is fantastic!

Vheren Ashurhaddon – Master of the True Sons

Vheren Ashurhaddon – Master of the True Sons

Born in the maze of tunnels beneath the surface of Cthonia, Vheren Ashurhaddon quickly rose through the ranks of the Luna Wolves. His zeal drew to him a cadre of highly skilled Chtonian Legionaries – known as the True Sons. Leading daring assaults with the Axe Serpentis in hand, Vheren will be available next week in resin, with a choice of helmeted or unhelmeted head.

His brutality comes to life, as seen in his spiked armor and hooked knife! Something that’s become a mainstay in the traitor legions and their future as Chaos Space Marines in 40k.

Infernus Abomination

Horus Heresy Infernus Abomination

Traitor Legions got up to all sorts of despicable nonsense in the latter days of the Horus Heresy, such as creating abhorrent assassins known through the Cults Abominatio. The Infernus Abomination, available next week in resin, is a shape-shifting terror, reknitting flesh and bone into deadly weapons.

Arquitor Bombards are dedicated artillery tanks, mounting either a spicula rocket system, a graviton-charge cannon, or a morbus heavy bombard. Despite their role as artillery, they still pack a pair of sponsons for more diverse work – each kit includes resin autocannons, plus the full spread of plastic lascannons, heavy flamers, heavy bolters, and volkite culverins.

The model is definitely interesting looking! It could probably be used in 40k as a bunch of Chaos minis, but hey, if you need a wild traitor assassin, this might just be the perfect one.

Contemptor Dreadnought Torso Upgrades

Contemptor Dreadnought Torso Upgrades may 2023

The last batch of Contemptor Dreadnought torsos are on the way. They are designed to work with the new plastic Contemptor Dreadnought kit, to give your death-dealing walkers a dash of Legion flair.

Each one comprises a resin torso and and head marked out with the heraldry of the Salamanders, the Ultramarines, the Word Bearers, the Alpha Legion, the Raven Guard, and the Thousand Sons.

Despoiler Squad Upgrade Set

Horus Heresy Despoiler Squad Upgrades 2

Add some close combat punch to your Legion with this set of upgrades designed for use alongside the plastic MK II, MK IV, MK V, and MK VI Tactical Squad Space Marines kits. With five left-handed bolt pistols, five right-handed chainswords, a power axe, and a two-handed heavy chainsword, you can load up your squads, sergeants, and characters with vicious melee armaments.

It’s always nice to get more chainswords in the mix! However, it only has enough for seven models (if you include the axe and two-handed sword) in each, so if you want some bigger squads, you might need to pick up a decent number of these.

Outland Beastmaster with Millisaurs

Outland Beastmaster with Millisaurs

Necromunda is home to many deadly critters that have been bound to the will of the Outland Beastmasters. With practices passed down across generations, these curious folk command their monstrous beasties in combat while working for the highest bidder. How you meaningfully communicate with a Millisaur is anyone’s guess, but with this set of three resin models you’ll be able to add them to your gang and take advantage of their talent for burrowing.

A surprise release for Necromunda, as we had though this miniature had already been released months ago!
