Magic the Gathering has released a new expansion in its Universes Beyond series, covering the fabled Lord of the Rings series. However, there appear to be some fulfillment issues alongside this expansion.

Avid collectors and players alike have sought to get all four of the new pre-made Lord of the Rings Commander Decks. Conveniently, there is a way to order them all at once for a single price on Amazon… or so many thought.
Despite being listed as selling all four decks, there have been numerous complaints of only receiving a single deck. This has been such an issue that the rating for this item has dipped all the way down to 1.2 stars.
93% of the reviews for this have a 1-star rating, with not a single 5-star in sight.

Under the Q&A tab, there are over 72 comments on the question referring to the whereabouts of the other three decks. It looks like there was some serious confusion as to the shipping details of this listing.
How Magic the Gathering Lord of the Rings Commander Decks Were Shipped from Amazon:
We’ve even received exclusive images from a concerned customer showing the packaging for what was supposed to be four decks. It brandishes the made-to-fit label indicating that they seem to have been confused about the number of decks to send with each order.
If you’ve been affected by this shipping blunder, call Amazon and explain your situation. Judging from the comments, they are most likely working to correct the situation and continue to sell these decks on Wizards of the Coast’s behalf.
