GW just revealed another Vampire model along with the new Warhammer Underworlds new release roadmap for 2021.
Today on Warhammer Community they released what the future is looking like for Warhammer Underworlds. To start, they revealed another really cool Vampire mini! Then they showed us a small teaser of what’s next. But even if you don’t play Underworlds, the mini is really sweet and looks like it could be used for a ton of conversions!
While they just revealed the one mini, it is going to be part of the upcoming Death Warband. At this point, we’re pretty sure they’ll give a bigger preview of the Warband on Saturday. But if the other minis are as cool looking as this one, it’ll be quite the Warband! Let’s check it out!
GW Reveals Another Vampire & Underworlds Roadmap
Vellas von Faine is part of the upcoming Warhammer Underworlds vampire warband The Crimson Court.
Overall this is a great looking mini and we could see plenty of use for this outside of Underworlds. If you’ve been looking for a new model to base a few Dark Eldar characters off, this could be the perfect one to do it! When compared with the mini revealed for AoS yesterday, it has a different feel but is also definitely compatible with that as well.
There was a shoddy picture of this mini as well a couple of nights ago. But GW decided that wasn’t good enough so they put out this high-quality photo before the big Saturday preview. While the vampires have a different feel to them, we’re sure you could use both in your army and no one would say anything. Next, let’s look at what’s coming next for Warhammer Underworlds.Â
Roadmap Revealed
First off it looks like we won’t see the full Death Warband in action until April, but that’s not really too far off now. After that, it looks like Orruk players will be getting a new Warband. And if you ask us, that looks an awful lot like a Savage Orruk! They’ve always been cool minis os it will be nice to see some of them grab new models.
